It occures to me that, even if it were to turn out to be true that there was massive election fraud, TFG and all the others would still not be off the hook. Despite their screaming that they are being persecuted for exercising their 1st Amendment right of free speech, it is not the speech(es) that they are being charged with. They are being charged with acts that are, for most part illegal, such as promoting insurrection, promoting fake electors, attempting to coerce elections officials and governors in several states to change the results of their elections.

I haven't seen a single charge saying that they violated the law be holding the opinion that the election was stolen, or even for saying that. The charges are all for actions that are, per se, illegal, and other actions that are not illegal, per se, but are nevertheless, crimes in furtherance of a conspiracy.

Rudy Giuliani has reached a bond agreement with prosecutors in the Fulton County election subversion case.

The former New York mayor has agreed to a $150,000 bond. As part of the bond order negotiated Wednesday between Giuliani's attorneys and Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis' office, Giuliani has also agreed to follow other rules that have similarly been imposed on his co-defendants in the case.

Terrific that criminals in Fulton County jail cheered for indicted Rudy Giuliani. And great seeing convicted criminal Steve Bannon, who will be serving 4 months in jail, laughing and merry with Rudy. This clip really shows how cool the Republican Party is, crime is fun and games.
