It occures to me that, even if it were to turn out to be true that there was massive election fraud, TFG and all the others would still not be off the hook. Despite their screaming that they are being persecuted for exercising their 1st Amendment right of free speech, it is not the speech(es) that they are being charged with. I haven't seen a single charge saying that they violated the law be holding the opinion that the election was stolen, or even for saying that. The charges are all for actions that are, per se, illegal, and other actions that are not illegal, per se, but are nevertheless, crimes in furtherance of a conspiracy.
