Purely for good tongue-in-cheek fun, Netflix animated series “Inside Job”.
Way too much fun— dense with conspiracy theory jokes…

Sugar, thanks for the update and congrats! It was a rocky start on your end but sounds like it finished pretty smooth.

Arguably the funniest man working in the English (mostly) language, Billy Connolly did a biography mini-series back in 2018. It is incredibly funny, moving, informative, philosophical, scatological, irreverent, and did I say funny and philosophical?

The three episodes have been showing on SBS in Australia, I don't know where you might find it on a network near you.

This video is mostly from the closing summation in the last episode.

Goodnight, Oppy. On Amazon Prime only, it's an Amazon special about the Spirit and Opportunity Rovers. Excellent, I'm sure I will watch it again. The scientists that developed the rover, drove it, and managed the missions are all involved. One young woman in high school at the time who was invited to witness the landing in Mission Control center went on to work on the Opportunity team after graduating from college. How cool is that. Other members of the team were also inspired by the initial landing and the excitement generated by the fact that the rovers were designed to last for 90 days but went years beyond their expected life.

Just watched Glass Onion on Netflix. It was GREAT!!!!! It was suspenseful, hilarious, and well-enough plotted that I saw only one twist before it was revealed, ND when the whole whodunit mystery was explained, it all made sense.

I have a question about Avatar and Avatar 2. I can't go see A2 in the theater obviously, so I can't see if it's answered there. Im putting this in a spoiler box since i me tion stuff pertinant to A2.

A customer sent me a $100 Amazon Gift card. I applied that towards their Prime membership which got me into their Videos as well. So, I've been watching The Expanse this week. I have made it to season 5, and I have not been disappointed.

Actually, that last scene is the only part I remember much. The 3D effects were by far the best I've ever seen.

We've been waiting to see the new one until we get up to Bathysphere or wherever it is next week, so we can take my dad with us. He's actually easier to transport now with his new Zoomer, but he still needs us to help him get into a theater (and they're saying that Avatar 2 must be seen in a theater to enjoy the full experience).

Having seen the first one several times, I'm dying to see this one in the theater.

Ack, why isn't this in the Movies thread?
