I remember they were STILL playing the Dean Scream on FOX when I visited Texas in election 2004. This Trump version will be forgotten by tomorrow like all the other Trump screams.

I remember when the media was pushing stories asking if he was black enough and then later on asking if he's too black. Then there was shit about him being a smoker. Trump has had it easy.

The Presidential Records Act says exactly the opposite of that. It lays out, in detail, that pretty much any piece of paper that a President sees or touches, is US Government Property, with a few well defined by statute and case law (THE SOCKS CASE!!!!) exceptions. The law was passed exactly because Richard Nixon was taking the same position as Trump but with tapes as well as records. Those records were fought over well after Nixon assumed room temperature but they were the last records of any kind that any President can just say;

Trump is also the only living ex-president president, living or dead, who’s been indicted. And he’s so bad at not getting indicted that he’s done it twice (any maybe more often).
