There's a random line of text going through the non-centered title, another one set at an angle in the lower left corner, her name is not just spelled wrong but they put it too far to the right to get all of it on there.... IMHO totally trolled and the lady fell for it. As you mentioned, name spelled wrong. --> But it's worse: someone used a sharpie to overwrite the 'A' to an 'E'! The lady is so full of it, she doesn't even recognize that she is being played for the dimwit she is. Any congress person of average intelligence would have rejected such a pathetic "document", except it came with a letter claiming "my four year old did it".
