Your info is good, Scir. I checked property records for his dad and he owns land in Moapa, purchased in 2018. I could never believe that joshy had the money to purchase property either outright or by making regular payments since he's in and out of jail and jobs so often. Not to mention all the child support he should be paying to his three baby mamas.

BREAKING: The GoFundMe account for Joshua Martinez legal defense has been deleted. Hundreds of dollars raised to help Josh face false federal and state gun charges are reportedly being returned to the donors. GoFundMe claims that they removed the fund due to 'a violation of Terms of Service.'
The cancellation seems to be consistent with GoFundMe's discriminatory policies relating to legal defense funds: defendants who are accused (no matter how unjustly or preposterously) of being antigovernment are deleted and canceled while defendants who appear to support government overreach or socialism continue to be able to raise donations.
I am considering a Freedom of Information Act request to determine if state or federal cops complained or triggered GoFundMe's actions. (If so this is likely a constitutional due process violation.)

Eggsactlly who is going to FOIA -- GoFundMe will tell him to FOAD, so is he planning of submitting an FOIA to every govt agency? Fun times. He should instead assert a 1st Amendment claim against GoFundMe as a state actor????

But if the court did rule so he and his buddies would be free to opine that the courts just want to make anti-government types seem crazy and being denied the ability to defend himself he is once gain having his rights trampled.

Does he figure that he loses cred in the poot community if he shows up in a court where his fate is being bandied about by judges and lawyers?
