I think the title should be Second Gentleman, and not "Fist"

I just saw that right before I saw your post. I fixed it. He's also the first gentleman, not gentleman, which I also fixed.Frater I*I wrote: ↑Mon Feb 22, 2021 2:34 pm [Ahem]

I'm distracted. I'm sort of babysitting my seven=year-old grandson over Facetime.
Also, I have a bad habit of not hittig hitting all the keys in a word, a very bad habit. That accounts for the fist first mistake, but not the second.

Re: Doug Emhoff: Fist Gentlemen
I’ve always seen Mr. Emhoff referred to as the first Second Gentleman and I’d suggest going with that, should you be willing to change it once more, Andy. Actually, I meant simply Second Gentleman, not the rest.Frater I*I wrote: ↑Mon Feb 22, 2021 2:34 pm [Ahem]

Or you could just note that Doug Emhoff is the first Second Gentleman.

I'm not quite sure how I got this post again, but I'm happy to change to second gentleman.
Time for bed.

If'n he wanted to be famous, he'd be famous. He certainly has access to the media.
I'm far more disturbed by the people who had no idea who VP Harris is.

It's really depressing that with the amount of bomb threats schools get these days, it could be either reason. Or neither of them. It could just be random. It's just a thing these days.District of Columbia Public Schools spokesman Enrique Gutierrez said there was a bomb threat. It was not known if it was related to Emhoff's visit or the Black History Month event.

So, there's a "rumour" that Mr Emhoff had an affair with his Nanny during his first marriage and made her pregnant. Snopes checked it out, and

So, in short, the Press knows precisely fuck all about what happened, or if anything did.On Aug. 3, 2024, Emhoff sent CNN a statement that appeared to acknowledge the affair during his first marriage after The Daily Mail published an article about it. He did not go into details:
CBS News attempted to confirm the story independently. However, the details of the affair differ between its report and The Daily Mail's. While The Daily Mail said the woman did not keep the baby, CBS News quoted unnamed sources saying she'd had a miscarriage. While The Daily Mail reported that the affair ended the Emhoffs' marriage, CBS News' sources said the couple were separated at the time it took place. The Daily Mail added that the woman was Emhoff's daughter's nanny, a fact CBS News contradicted, saying she was a teacher at his children's school — but not one of their teachers. The Daily Mail added that the woman and Emhoff financially settled the issue, a detail CBS News did not mention.During my first marriage, Kerstin and I went through some tough times on account of my actions. I took responsibility, and in the years since, we worked through things as a family and have come out stronger on the other side.
