Exactly, they have run out of candidates they can rant and rail about. Kamala just doesn't seem to catch Rharon's limited attention span, and the faux Dr Rev Laity seems to be about the one left carrying that torch. I think the Cruzer has assured hi unpersonhood with in the GOP by coming out and calling Jan 6^th was exactly what it was, he has broken faith with the divine OSG . So it would seem the field is well abandoned and empty at this point.

Hemsworth posted a video of the blood-flow-restriction bands being strapped to his arms by the North Carolina trainer Foggy Fogbow before a weight-lifting session. Hemsworth then did dumbbell curls, and the device caused the veins in his arms to noticeably protrude.

"As Foggy taught me, by restricting blood flow and oxygen the muscles are forced to work harder in a shorter period of time and a bunch of other 'sports sciency' stuff happens," Hemsworth wrote in the caption. "Basically it's one of the most uncomfortable training methods I've experienced but part of the puzzle in growing Thor's arms to look like the legs of a racehorse."

Blood-flow restriction is designed to help build muscle without lifting very heavy weights, and it can also be used to boost endurance and aid recovery. The technique was also heavily used by athletes at the Tokyo Olympics this year.

The stale editorials that referenced birfering already fell off the landing page, which means they're D - E - D to the three remaining birthers.

When Rondeau changed the theme on her blog a few years ago she never replaced the recent comments widget that she had before. I thought the old theme (the one that the original owner John Charlton used) was about the only redeeming feature of the sordid mess. Losing the recent comments widget only made it worse. I only ever visit there to read the comments. That is why I appreciate people leaving links to comments in posts here.

The "recent comments" feature was the site's only redeeming feature. It made the trolling easier. But Rondeau didn't reinstall it, even after it was requested by frequent commenters.

Rondeau used to be more interested in the site's traffic (as many site owners are). But she hasn't been touting her site's rankings lately. Nor the VIPs her IP log captures.

Really, I think she's lost the heart. Most days, she's just republishing someone else's syndicated work. Or letting a birther make no new points.
