Hmm, I've never seen a flour tortilla with eggs in it.

LOL! The tortilla itself is not made with eggs they put eggs *on* a tortilla and roll it up. Crepes have egg in the batter.

Technically, once the tortilla is rolled around it, the eggs are then IN the tortilla!

I make crêpes all the time for my grandkids. I grew up eating them as palacsinta, Hungarian crêpes. They have eggs in them, and they get filled with all sorts of wonderful things. I love tacos, but they are not the same.

Well, to be fair, there are those that would argue *real* tortillas are only made from maize*. They would probably side with you.

We have been discussing flour tortillas. I don't think eggs would work well *on* a corn tortilla, but migas are great with corn tortilla strips, so IDK.

Well, actually, flour versus corn tortillas is a real thing for some people oddly enough. And then it's broken down further into the most correct corn to use - heritage blue corn versus American white corn. As if we didn't have enough things to argue about already. Oy vey. Who knew land mines could hide under a tortilla?

It's a real thing for me. I always try to remember to ask for flour tortillas when I order at a Mexican restaurant, even if the meal is traditionally made with a corn tortilla. I keep small flour tortillas in the house all the time. Stuffed with corn, they are a meal for my grandson, but I like making quesadillas with hot pepper cheese for lunch a few days a week.

We have a Mexican grocer in the Strip District that makes flour tortillas at the back of the store. You can watch them being made (on a tortilla machine). I never fail to bring some home.

October set an all-time tornado record for Southwestern PA on Thursday night. I think the final number was nine, and IIRC, they said we have only had 7 since 1950. Several were close to us, and I think this was the first time we have ever had tornado warnings on our phones. They varied from F0 to F2, but they did a lot of damage.

In the midst of all the NoFo packing our SIL and Mrs. V worked yesterday evening arranging a Christmas week visit to his parents and brother in Colorado. Got a nice AirBnB for the 4 of us.

Hope the weather is good. :?

We did.

Now to rest my left knee for a day or so. Did manage to take a shower without help this morning. Did need Mrs.V's help getting on the left sock. :?

So far today haven't needed the cane or the walker. Probably will later when the left leg gets tired.

Today in Wichita Falls low of 44F, high of 78F. Will be enjoying the patio once it warms up.
