I assume Lindell got some list that somebody just made up by taking the regular counts and adjusting them. He's just too stupid to realize that some may actually follow up on it and also have situations in Idaho where they can easily pick a couple of counties to hand count in a couple of hours.

The realization of the storage method also shows they actually understand how audits work. They found a process that should be improved to increase an already high rate of validity.

I suspect the GOP vote suppression folks are going to be getting increasingly more annoyed with Lindell. They are perfectly fine with claims of illegal voting with no actual evidence because provides them the support from their base to restrict voting from legal (usually Democratic) voters. Claims of vote switching on the machines, or in this case on non-existent machines, reduce confidence in even the in-person process. Since the audience for this is their own voters, reducing their confidence that their own vote will be counted will cause some to just stay home.

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell during an exclusive interview with RSBN on Thursday revealed new details on his plans to bring an election lawsuit before the United States Supreme Court, and announced new legal action against Dominion Voting Systems. Lindell, who is a longtime ally of President Trump’s, is following through on a promise he made earlier this month to bring the election fraud case before the nation’s highest court by Thanksgiving. Rather than suing on behalf of himself, the MyPillow CEO revealed that the states involved in the suit will be considered “plaintiffs” who will be named in the coming days. “The states are the plaintiffs, this isn’t ‘Mike Lindell,'” he said about the case which he hopes will result in a complete nullification of the 2020 presidential election results.

Lindell’s legal action comes after the Supreme Court rejected a lawsuit filed by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton in December 2020 that called for the court to invalidate election results from Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, which allegedly made unconstitutional last-minute changes to their election laws citing the “pandemic.” The case argued that Texas voters were disenfranchised by other states that certified potentially illegitimate votes. The court tossed out the lawsuit and cited that Texas did not have the legal standing to challenge election protocols from other states. Lindell emphasized that to persuade the Supreme Court to take up his case, it will be critical to motivate “hundreds of millions of people” to press the court for the sake of election integrity. “The Supreme Court needs pressure to look at it,” said Lindell. “Thats why we have a petition at fix2020first.com. [Americans] need to go to that place and sign the petition.” Lindell hopes that public pressure will elicit the court’s examination. “I believe it’ll be voted 9-0—that they’re all going to vote to look at it,” said Lindell. “If we don’t get rid of these machines and fix 2020 first, we don’t ever have another election again.” If the Supreme Court strikes down his lawsuit, Lindell said that he has other lawsuits lined up, revealing that another one will be announced two weeks.

The MyPillow CEO also confirmed to RSBN that he has a team working on replacing the tabulation machines manufactured by Dominion Voting Systems which led him to his next announcement. Lindell revealed he is filing another “huge” class action lawsuit against Dominion on Friday on behalf of everyone Dominion sent “threatening letters to.” “Its a class action lawsuit against Dominion. It is going to be huge.” He noted that the lawsuit will include “all of the people Dominion gave threatening letters to,” that reportedly asked them not to talk about alleged election fraud, “or else.” Lindell confirmed that lawyer Alan Dershowitz is one of his attorneys for the Dominion lawsuit.

The Fix2020first website links to the following complaint filed 09/30/2021. The plaintiffs are a number of individuals sent letters from Dominion’s lawyers warning of defamation actions and the need to preserve documents. They allege RICO violations, deprivation of equal protection, deprivation of First Amendment rights, and civil conspiracy. Note they deem Dominion to be a “State actor”.

In a complaint reviewed on Friday, eight poll challengers allege that cease and desist letters sent to them by Dominion as part of the company’s defamation lawsuit harmed and damaged the recipients. They allege that Dominion is violating the civil provision of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, engaged in a civil conspiracy, and deprived the litigants of their constitutional rights under the First Amendment and the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment.

[Kurt] Olsen, one of the attorneys representing the poll challengers, is a Maryland attorney who rose from relative obscurity to brief Trump on a long-shot maneuver to get the Justice Department to try and overturn the 2020 election at the Supreme Court. Olsen, according to The New York Times, urged both Trump and the Justice Department to file a Supreme Court suit similar to the one filed by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton in order to resolve the standing issues which had doomed the Texas suit. Rosen reportedly ignored Olsen’s attempts to brief him on the effort and the Justice Department never took up the effort.

Since then, Olsen has left his previous firm and reportedly taken on MyPillow magnate Mike Lindell as a client.

Lindell, whose name is referenced in the complaint as a purported victim of Dominion but is not a party to the case, first sent The Daily Beast a copy of the document on Friday morning. A Dominion spokesman did not immediately respond to an email seeking comment on Friday afternoon.

The plaintiffs in the case worked as poll challengers in Michigan during the 2020 election. Under Michigan state law, political parties and interest groups are allowed to appoint Michigan residents as “challengers” to question the eligibility of voters and ballots in elections.

Each of the plaintiffs say they filled out affidavits with concerns about the voting process in November 2020 and that none of them mentioned Dominion. Nonetheless, the challengers say they still received cease and desist letters.

Dominion has not sued any of the eight plaintiffs in the case and has thus far only initiated legal actions against high profile election conspiracy theorists like Sidney Powell, Rudy Giuliani, Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne and pro-Trump news channels like OANN and Newsmax.

The poll challengers argue they were nonetheless “clearly damaged” by the letters and describe themselves as “consumed with a sense of fear” and, as one litigant Kathleen Daavettila claimed, “in fear of her life and that of her unborn child” as a result of receiving one.

I would enjoy the irony of him getting Lindell registered to vote in Florida (fraudulently like he did with Montgomery) so he can have a case in Florida that stems from claims of election fraud.
