RE: States Rights, State SOVEREIGNTY, Incremental Monthly State Nullifications to
Restore Tenth Amendment Law and Order
Dear Governor Kristi Noem:
I have been studying Economics (in the Von Mises/Austrian/Hayek persuasion), Financial
Markets, World and American Economic History, the Science of governance, the lives, times
and hand penned documents of the Founding Fathers, American Revolutionary War History, The
Declaration Of Independence and its two dovetail documents of “the supreme law of the land”,
the whole Constitution and the entire Bill Of Rights, Constitutional and general Law, and the Art
of War, north of ten hours a day since 2004, to this very day unless I am attending some Patriot
event or mission.
I am associated with many Constitutional Patriot organizations. One of them is We The People
Congress and We The People Foundation. I work directly with Constitutional Scholar Bob
Schulz the Founder. I would note that after 18 years of litigation the SCOTUS has finally
granted our Writ Of Certiorari. We should be before the Court within a few months. The primary
Constitutional tort, that leads to several, is a decision on the meaning of the word “redress” in the
last ten words of the First Amendment Law. We have submitted our last papers to the Court on
or about May 21st this year. We have submitted over one hundred years worth of American
historical record that proves that “redress” legally means “redress” until sometime in the early
1900s when the Republicans and Democrats seem to have convienently lost their cognizance
thereof, in favor of insurrections in growing violations against Tenth Amendment Law and
Order, with the aim to use IRS stolen wages, salaries and property from the American people, to
(this [sic] is how it's written from page 1 to 2... "to...as Paul Ryan told me")
as Paul Ryan told me in a private moment at our Wisconsin Madison State Capitol, when we in
the Wisconsin TEA Party coalition gave the Republicans total power consisting of a strong
majority in the House and Senate, and the Presidency, the Republicans can’t obey the Tenth
Amendment Law because in order to maintain power we need to; “buy the votes of
Conservatives and Democrats. And, buy “hundreds of million$ in Corporate campaign
donations”. As the doors of the Capitol opened to usher Paul and I up to the stage before ten
thousand of my fellow Wisconsin TEA Party coalition members, in a “Victory Rally” I seriously
got nauseous and somewhat tripped going up the steps of the stage. For here I was walking
behind a Bernie Sanders Socialist who just told me the truth. The Republicans purposefully
commit insurrection, thus Capital Felony Treason against Tenth Amendment LAW and ORDER,
to BUY votes from Conservatives/Republicans, Democrats/Liberals and Corporate campaign
donations. And, truth be told, THEY DO… The Republicans spent DOUBLE what the
Democrats did during the years since Obama was elected, largely on Socialistic programs!!
Hence $30,000,000,000,000.00 in National Public Debt. Plus another $225,000,000,000,00.00
in the UNFUNDED LIABILITIES of Socialistic Security and Medi-SCARE, increasing at the
rate of $1,000,000,000,000.00 PER MONTH!!! It’s all in the Congressional voting record.
These are Powers and SPENDING that are, by Tenth Amendment Law and Order; “reserved to
the States respectively, or to the people”. Now We Know Why!
I worked with the Ryan Bundy campaign for Governor of Nevada. I am very good friends with
the Bundy Ranch, and have even worked on the Ranch some with the cattle, procurements at
auction, and plowing fields, fixing and maintenance and roundup. Indeed, I just came up here, to
talk with you, from the Bundy Ranch. They are very happy and supportive of me going on this
mission to try to restore the Law. If just one State does this. All the rest will follow.
Moreover, as you will see in the documentary, neither Income Taxes nor Employer Taxes apply
to the American People according to the many decisions by The SCOTUS. Why? Because
according to “the supreme law of the land” known as the Tenth Amendment, all Powers and
Spending not delegated to them, under ARTICLE I Section 8, nor prohibited to the States under
ARTICLE I Section 10, are for the States to handle. This is supported by Federalist 45, 33, 10,
78 and others. The Federalist Papers are the ONLY REASON the States ratified The
Constitution at all, in the first place.
I am a recovering Conservative/Republican having transformed into a Jeffersonian
Constitutionalist.
A world renown movie producer, by the name of Aaron Russo, made a documentary on our
organization, available on YouTube, called “America; From Freedom To Fascism”. It will be the
best 1 hour and 47 Minutes that you will ever invest your time in.
I served a 3+ week tour of duty at The Battle Of Bunkerville in 2014, at the Bundy Ranch. And,
in “execution of the Laws of the Union” (Article I Section 8 clause 15), specifically the seven
Constitutional laws that expressly prohibits the U.S. Government from owning or managing any
land in any Territory that has been transformed by Act Of Congress into a Free, Independent and
SOVEREIGN County that We The People call a State.
I also served a month of Duty at the “Harney County Resource Center for Public Constitutional
Education”, aka the Malheur Wildlife Refuge recovery for the State of Oregon/the People of
Harney County, as a member of The American Militia Freedom Forces of The Second
Amendment Law, “… being necessary to the security of a free State …” We operate under
ARTICLE I Section 8 clause 15 of The Constitution to “execute the (Tenth Amendment, the
FIRST currently existing Law, aka Organic Law The Declaration Of Independence and its two
dovetail documents of supreme law aka the whole Constitution and the entire Bill Of Rights)
Laws of the Union, Suppress (Republican, Democrat, POTUS, and Deep State) Insurrections
(against Tenth Amendment LAW & ORDER), …” Furthermore all fifty States are Free,
Independent and Sovereign pursuant to The Equal Footing Doctrine and The Declaration Of
Independence – See last paragraph:
We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General
Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the
rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of
these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and
of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all
Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them
and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as
Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace,
contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which
Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a
firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each
other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
The Constiution changed only VERY SPECIFIC things, but not the sovereignty of each of our
home Countries, called States.
Therefore, that brings me to the point. Each State has not only the Right to State nullification of
any and all usurped Powers, Spending and unlawful Income and Employer Taxes of the people,
in compliance with the many SCOTUS decisions, but according to Thomas Jefferson and James
Madison our home Countries are DUTY BOUND to State nullify all usurped powers, etc… since
the advent of what I have termed The 1913 TRIFECTA of Constitutional INSURRECTION and
TREASON.
Now, let it be known that many of my fellow Economists, employing World and American
Economic and governmental historical fact, to forecast that the collapse of the fiat Dollar is nigh
at the door. The only thing that can stop the utter collapse of the Dollar is to restore all powers
and all spending not delegated to the United States central Government, back as by Law are
“reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” I want to talk to you about how South
Dakota can potentially stop the collapse of the US Dollar. And, prevent Klaus Schwab and The
World Economic Forum, the IMF, the owners of The Federal Reserve System, and their
Trilateral Commission and Council On Foreign Relations from using the IRS to steal our lives,
liberty and property, once there is no more U.S. Dollar (printed money is a violation to the
money clause laws of The Constitution in the first place (Article I Section 8 clause 5 and Article
I Section 10 clause 1) to the extent that “the American Middle Class will own nothing, and like
it.”
Please be so kind as to grant my request for say 45 minutes of your time, Governor Kristi Noem.
For I have reason to believe you could very well be America’s last hope. Why? Because I think
you are a Jeffersonian Constitutionalist just like us. I can see from watching several videos of
you, that when you took the Oath to Support The Constitution, especially Tenth Amendment
LAW & ORDER, against ALL ENEMIES, both Republicans and Democrats and Their Deep
State plethora of Executive branch alphabet soup of Agencies and Bureaus that are explicitly
prohibited from even existing in the first place, pursuant to the Tenth Amendment “supreme law
of the land” (IN PURSUANCE thereof; Article VI clauses 2 & 3), I BELIEVE you meant it in
your heart.
I believe it is incumbent upon you and the South Dakota Legislators to grab the Deep State and
the “Global Reset” One World U.N. style Socialist/Communist/Fascist “green hybrid” One
World Government bull by the horns and bring him down, just like your mural kitty-corner from
your office near the ceiling, before the Dollar collapses. For then it will be too late, when there
is no money for any SD family to buy anything, resulting in panic looting and raiding giving
Klaus Schwab and his megalomaniacal boys, just what they want.
Please give me 45 minutes. I have volumes of knowledge vital to save America via restoration
of Tenth Amendment Law and Order and wrestling back our ARTICLE IV Section 4 “republican
form of government”. A form of Central Government delegated with ONLY 18 enumerated
powers and SPENDING privileges. And, NO MORE.
Anything else is simply SURRENDER and RETREAT to the forces of wickedness, evil
Insurrection and Capital Felony treason against Tenth Amendment Law and Order. Once the
Dollar collapses there is no possible way out of utter tyranny, despotism, under serfdom and
vassalage. Please grant my gracious plea to listen to this last chance plan to save the Dollar from
utter collapse. Time is of the essence.
