Andrew Weisman discussed a bit how the lack of remorse and comments like he made today may not go well on sentencing day.

Onto the next round: Sentencing.

From what I understand, in comparable cases (even felony ones), the sentence is usually a fine and probation.

But this case (read: the defendant) is unusual. I would not be surprised if there was some modest jail time added.

I also would not be surprised by "just" a fine and probation.

As a savvy friend who's a lawyer just remarked, "Can you imagine how Trump would likely behave towards a probation supervisor?"

Yes!!!! Good to see! I am against the death penalty as a rule, but this sucker deserves it!
