Sure, securities lawyers don't want their clients talking off the cuff, particularly during volatile market situations. This might give Truth Social's lawyers some palpitations. But is "greatest movement in history of our country" a statement that can be proved or disproved? More like vague puffery, I'd think.

Now, I never did very much securities law work and haven't done any for over 15 years. I can't find out much in detail about Meiselas's practice, but he's been a general counsel so he's probably been exposed to some securities law, and possibly knows a good deal more than I remember. But the idea that this is a slam dunk securities law violation, let alone that it would likely lead to a billion-dollar award, seems silly to me.

I have ZERO sympathy for people who invest more in a single stock than they are willing to lose.
