Yesterday-Friday was the last day of spring break. I invited my nephew over to watch movies and stuff. We went to lunch around 1:30 pm bright sunshiny day...We were in the place less than 45 minutes.
When we came out. Something looked weird with my jeep. Moving closer we realized we are victims of a Smash and Grab.
police didnt' even bother to come out. Wanted me to make a report online.

My school is closing-I have to find a new position or the district will put me in the worst situation

Several years ago when my children were still young, I was victimized in the same way in a garage in downtown Seattle. The only things the perps took was a bag that contained our diaper-changing gear (not obvious from the outside, but - for chrissakes - it was a minivan). The bag itself was not expensive.

Well, that sucks. Sorry that happened.
When we first moved to Seattle, back when Garmins were fairly expensive, we were told not to leave our windshield mount in place because that was a flag for people doing smash and grabs. It had never occurred to me. Seattle was probably the safest city I've ever lived near but there are bad actors everywhere.
