Disagree. Fuckhead boasting that someone licked his boots because they wanted be in his employ is his standard dis for Republicans. Meant to demean while featuring his god-like rule.

My between the lines reading is that she said something he didn't like, so he's attacking her with his standard dis.

I agree. As much as I despise Coulter, she became disillusioned (IIRC) when he failed to deliver on his promised wall. If one gives Coulter the benefit of the doubt regarding reasonable intelligence, she should have known that would never happen. Nonetheless, she decided he was all hat, no cattle when the beautiful wall failed to materialize, made her opinions known and she's been on his shit list ever since.
