As art, that splat is pretty good, but not $83M good. OTOH, when it concerns art, P.T. Barnum was right.

If he could stick a burger, we could say it's a mixed media sculpture. Or even participation art - patrons throw their own burgers and each piece is unique to that community. Putting the ART in pARTicipation.
