Now you have 3 new kidneys - one to transplant to yourself, one to cover the operational costs and one for profit. The 3 new guys now are in and have helluva motivation to recruit themselves... Bulletproof business strategy.

I realize that this is just a joke. This is an internet meme (it may predate the internet) that has been around for many years, that someone woke up in a hotel bathtub, full of ice, with a note saying to call 911 immediately because one or both of their kidneys has been surgically stolen.
I remember reading, a long time ago, that the American Kidney Foundation had offered a large ($10,000?) reward for anyone who could provide documented proof that this had ever happened. AFAIK, no one ever collected.
