Trump International Hotel Waikiki will become Wakea Waikiki Beach, developer Irongate and manager LXR Hotels and Resorts told the news station.

Trump Hotels issued its own release announcing a "significant buyout" of hotel management and license agreements for the Hawaii hotel, according to the report.

“Since opening, we have achieved some of the highest (average daily rates) in Waikiki year after year, we were the only Forbes “five-star” property on the island of Oahu for 8 years and were consistently ranked in the top 3 Waikiki hotels on Trip Advisor,” Eric Trump told Spectrum News 13 a statement.

“It has been an honor to work with the team at Irongate and we would like to thank (Irongate chair and chief executive officer) Jason Grosfeld for his dedication and professionalism. We wish them all the best as they bring this property to its next phase.”

LXR, which is owned by Hilton, will assume management of the property effective February 2024, according to the report.

I believe this is the Glock that was "donated" to him during his recent visit at the factory. By "donated" I believe it was given to a third party "in his name" (considering his current restrictions) and this third party is now offering it "in his name"
