I disagree. The Constitution lays out the impeachment process for Presidents but that assumes that you are trying to remove the POTUS. Biden is not truly POTUS, because he was certified under fraudulent pretenses. If it is proven Biden had knowledge or any semblance of involvement of the coordinated theft - he requires no constitutional protection.

Now if we want to do an impeachment process for good measure - sure. But if it can be proven unequivocally that Trump won when state election laws are followed after fraudulent votes are thrown out, then he needs to be inaugurated.

A hearing has been set for July 6 on the sanctions motions.

No idea how hardcore right the judge is, but we're talking about defamation cases against public figures in a highly charged environment. Hyperbole and actual malice are both real issues. I think Dominion adequately pleaded both, but I believe there's some caselaw in some circuits suggesting that it's appropriate to be a bit more skeptical on a motion to dismiss where there's a risk of a lawsuit resulting in a chilling of speech.

And I'm not at all sure there's a strong case for personal jurisdiction in DC against any of the three defendants. And even if there is, there's grounds for transfer in all 3 cases. Add in what Jan 6th is doing to the dockets in D. Dc...
