The record on appeal is due 3 October. The opening brief is due 23 October.

He has not filed anything with SCOTUS or mentioned it in a docket filing at the 10th Circuit so maybe they figured out that they will lose valuable grift time if they try to short-circuit the process and go directly to SCOTUS.

The event will be at the Clark County GOP headquarters. They were recently taken over by the crazies so it's no surprise that they're openly affiliating with low-grade cranks like the Brunsons.

I'm not sure if our beloved Dick Tater can yet hold a steering wheel after they did all that bionic surgery nonsense.

If he can't make it, it sure would be fun if 400-500 people from Las Vegas RSVP for the event so they have tons of refreshments and maybe even rent a bigger space, only to have the usual 10 doddering, wheezing geezers that believe Brunson's fantasies be the only ones that show up.

Actually, the fact that the Clark County GOP is hosting this event in their offices makes me think that they have little confidence Brunson can pack in an audience. But they don't want to turn him down because it'll allow them to keep pandering to the crazies at no cost.

And why is Brunson coming to Clark County, of all places? I'm sure it has nothing to do with hookers, casinos and blow that can be found all over the place. Might as well live it up before the stream of sweet cash from his grift dries up completely.

They see treason everywhere. They're complaining to the Supreme Court that Congress has committed treason. At the same time, they've accused 1/3 of the justices of committing treason. And you know that when the Supremes once again trash the Brunson's stupid arguments and add a footnote that Sotomayor, Kagan and Jackson played no part in the rejection, then he'll be accusing the other six of treason.

He's running out of scary boogeyman words to hurl. It's hard to say that the Supreme Court is behaving unconstitutionally. He's rapidly wearing out the shock value of the word "treason." About the only remaining scare word that has any potential to stir up the crazies is "communist." It'll be interesting to see if that's how he describes justices Thomas, Gorsuch and Alito after his stupid papers get rejected yet again.

Mar 14 2023 Petition for a writ of certiorari filed. (Response due April 17, 2023)
Apr 07 2023 Waiver of right of respondent Arizona to respond filed.
Apr 19 2023 DISTRIBUTED for Conference of 5/11/2023.
Apr 25 2023 Response Requested. (Due May 25, 2023)

The underlying case is an unpublished, run-of-the-mill affirmance of a state criminal case.

The case looked deadlisted as of April 19, but less than a week later, there was a call for a response. (A response and a reply were filed, and cert. was granted today.)

This is a good reminder that scheduling something for conference without a response does not mean it is entirely deadlisted. It's not dead until it is really dead (and for the Brunsons, it is never really dead). One of the clerks or justices may find something that is worth asking for more info.

Then again, the petitioner is represented by Perkins Coie LLP so it is probably Obama's deep state pulling the strings again. It is another sign of a liberal plot against freedom.

All in 24 hours. An impressive feat for a do-nothing Congress.

They probably think that Trump could call a joint meeting of Congress to have a redo on the election.

I did not bother with the video so I am not sure of their real plan.
