Re the VoteVets cartoon: I'm in favor of "trying to ban the teaching of systemic racism". However, teaching about systemic racism should not be banned.

I guess I never thought about it..

The main difference between of and about is that the preposition of implies a possessive quality while the preposition about implies concerning or on the subject of something. The two prepositions of and about are among the top misused terms in English.

Sorry, I didn't take it as criticism but grammatical errors in memes are a bit of a pet peeve of mine. The ones that start with something like "Republicans be like..." make me a little crazy(er). I don't know that I've ever posted one of those because of it.
