I once saw a meme with 4 pictures on it: A picture of young Carrie Fisher as Princess Leia next to one of an older Carrie Fisher as General Leia. Underneath that was a picture of young Robin Wright as Buttercup from "Princess Bride" next to one of an older Robin Wright as the general from "Wonder Woman". At the bottom it said "All my favorite princesses grew up to be generals." I loved that!
Another favorite of mine says "My mother didn't raise a princess, she raised a shield-maiden". That's a good one, too
