Stormy said she wasn't paid. Not hired, not paid, it wasn't a job. She, umm ... accelerated the process, so she wouldn't have to put up with him hassling and hustling her all night. It was over very quickly, but she wasn't paid.
But thanks, Shizzle, I just needed to straighten out the cartoonist.
Don't mind me, I just fell out of a coconut tree.

Are U sure about that? I thought she got paid her *cough* fee and tfg told her it was on the dresser. No, not the $120k, just her regular charge for services rendered.Foggy wrote: ↑Fri Aug 18, 2023 12:24 pmStormy said she wasn't paid. Not hired, not paid, it wasn't a job. No. She was not paid at all. She said that the sex was consensual. She said that it was the worst 90 seconds of her life, but she. was. not. paid.
And the later payoff amount was $130,000, not $120 K.

IT: And it was his idea?
Stormy: Oh yeah. 100%. It didn’t even occur to me before. Honestly, I have never watched the show, and I still haven’t watched the show. I travel too much to watch a lot of TV. I had to use the bathroom and I went to the restroom, which was in the bedroom. Like I said, it was a big suite. I could describe the suite perfectly. When I came out, he was sitting on the bed and he was like, “Come here.” And I was like, “Ugh, here we go.” And we started kissing. I actually don’t even know why I did it but I do remember while we were having sex, I was like, “Please don’t try to pay me.” And then I remember thinking, “But I bet if he did, it would be a lot.”
IT: This is what you were thinking during sex?
Stormy: Yeah, isn’t that horrible? But I remember thinking, “I hope he doesn’t think I’m a hooker.” Not that I have anything against hookers. I just personally have never done it. Still, I have no idea why I did it. Honestly, I really don’t.

Um, Stormy, you go up to a suite (just the two of you) and this happens. You are a sex worker, Stormy. You knew exactly what you were doing, dear. Try an act all innocent as you like.. You never learned the words "stop" and "no" hooker?somerset wrote: ↑Fri Aug 18, 2023 1:06 pmFWIWneonzx wrote: ↑Fri Aug 18, 2023 12:47 pmAre U sure about that? So she wasn't paid, but she was a sex worker anyway, is that right?
And she can act innocent, but consensual sex makes her a criminal? What crime did she commit that she had to act innocent? She volunteered all the details, how much do you think she's hiding by acting innocent?
I had any number of one-night stands, in my 20s and 30s. I acted innocent after every time, because there's nothing criminal about consensual sex.
I've never hired a sex worker, but I knew a few through mutual friends, and ... and I don't think sex worker is quite the insult you seem to think it is. The ladies I knew had a lot of native intelligence and were necessarily very tough-minded. I thought they were pretty cool as just regular people at my friend's house.
I met quite a few when I was a public defender, too also, but I really never wanted to get involved with that life. So here I am, 70 years old, and that's still not on my bucket list.
But I have respect and admiration for sex workers, as long as they're making their own choices. That's what we're trying to do today in this great land of ours, amirite? Trying to let women make their own choices?
That's what I'm doing.
Well, some are going to choose to be sex workers. Some are going to be strippers. Some are just gonna be B-girls. Those ladies have to act innocent, is that right?
It takes all kinds.

I don't tell a lot of war stories, but ...
I defended a lady on trial for prostitution, and she was a very ... unattractive lady, imho. She was so ... unattractive, I was seriously tempted to tell the jury she was just too, umm ... unattractive to be a prostitute, because nobody but a cop would ever hire her. She would starve.
That would have been horribly mean. I don't know how I could have lived with myself, if I had said that. But I definitely thought it. She'd definitely been hit with the, umm ... unattractive stick.
Would she have been found not guilty, if I had said that? Was it really in her best interest to say that, to make that argument? Did I not do my best for my client?
Hell, if I was on that jury and the lawyer did an asshole move like that, I hope I would vote not guilty just out of sympathy for the poor woman. Maybe I should have said it after all. I think I'm happy that I didn't.
It's only been 30 years. I'm gonna figure this one out.
One day, she was late to court and she made the jury wait. Judges hate that, and he put her in a cell for lunch so she could still be available in the afternoon. But he gave her a whole day credit for time served for that lunch break, which was damn decent of him.
He was such a damn decent judge, my wife and I asked him to preside at our wedding. That was before he won the national nomination for vice president for the Libertarian Party.

I have to say that I'm always a little amused at the toons I post that stir up a lot of shit. They're rarely the ones that I think will cause trouble.
As for Stormy, I don't really care if she got paid or not. The only reason the orange shitbag was interested is because she's a porn star. I don't understand why anybody would have sex with that piece of shit without wanting something in return but her body, her choice.
I guess I've known two sex workers, that I know of, in my life. Both were strippers. One was the ex-wife of a coworker and she was disgusting and dumb as a box of rocks. I wouldn't have gone anywhere near her in anything less than a full hazmat suit. The other was a coworker who became a friend. At work she was professional, conservatively dressed, intelligent and very capable. She would strip occasionally on weekends because she enjoyed it and made some extra cash. Very few of us knew about it. Strip clubs really aren't my thing but she asked me to come see her show one weekend and I did. She was probably one of the more talented women there. And, no, we were never anything more than friends. She had a very free and open personality and we would talk about pretty much anything. Before she told me about stripping it never occurred to me that she had this other side but once I knew it made perfect sense. She was a lovely person.
