Take a gander at the replies - they are particulary good on this thread.

Bundy and Rodriguez continue trying to delay the trial set to start on July 10. In May, Bundy and Rodriguez tried to delay things by petitioning to remove St. Luke’s lawsuit to federal court. On May 19, a federal judge denied the removal in a strongly worded order.
#BBQStandoff
On May 23, days after the federal denial, Rodriguez filed another petition to remove to federal court in yet another effort to delay the state court trial. Rodriguez’s second attempt was quickly rejected by federal court on May 26.
Rodriguez’s meritless filing caused the state court to issue a temporary stay and redo her warrant against Rodriguez. For two who say they want the truth to come out, they are doing everything they can (including making frivolous filings) to delay and disrupt the July 10 trial.
Late this afternoon, an order lifting the temporary stay was lifted by Judge Lynn Norton.

Just another example of law and order folks.

Yup. Once they got away with 200 of them pointing guns at federal law enforcement and the Bundys were not taken into custody the following day, that was it. The Bundys know they can get away with this behavior and that is why they continue to do it. Because law enforcement has effectively told them "it's OK, keep it up, you are in no danger of arrest." Not one serious attempt has been made to take Bundy into custody since the judge issued the arrest warrant. Bundy wasn't even there. They could have slipped over to his house and taken him at that point while all his followers were busy writing all over deputy vehicles.

You'd think vandalizing police cars would cause some consternation from cops. And taxpayers.

I hope you are right, ZinWhit. I suspect there are a lot of people who don't know enough about him, who might fall under his spell.

He has burned too many of the smarter and more organized followers and I assume Ryan Payne is out of the picture. I have always thought he was much of the organizing brains of the whole thing.

I agree with you and Zinwhit both. Thanks to Jan 6, the organized militias are not going to do anything until and unless Trump or DeSantis get into the White House. Bundy has a hodge podge of like minded people apparently willing to pull guard duty at his home, but it won't be like what Cliven had, where neighbors couldn't even drive down the road without having to stop and show ID to the Oathkeepers. That was absolutely insane.

I can't even fathom how the prosecution and law enforcement were unable to bring that clown to full account without law enforcement throwing the case. Oh wait...am I failing to see that Oathkeepers are all former and current law enforcement? Of course local FBI fucked up the case against Bundy.

Trump is right about one thing. The FBI is full of rot. But it's not left wing rot. It's most definitely pockets of rot of a more right wing sort.

Ammhole is now advocating for violent revolution since he’s not able to impose his will and Skousenite bullshit on the rest of the population.

Also he’s being billed for St. Luke’s legal fees.

Also, the usual “fed gummint can’t own land” nonsense and the entire legal system is bad because he’s being held accountable for his actions.

You or I and most TFB readers would, but we'd still be waiting for that chicken:shit: sheriff to arrest him.

And justice shall be done.

 I wonder if the Bundy Praetorian Guard would want to create their own Waco myth?

I would be OK with Waco II if that's an option.
