Then, according to Hunter Biden's attorney, "Giuliani just makes mixed tapes" of the Biden laptop clones, and Steve Bannon "added the worst of the child porn shit."
Bannon had Guo’s (“he’s a bad actor” says Maxey) network of cult followers dissect and add things to the contents and disseminate it all over the web. The repair shop was just one step, maybe the last, of the entire operation. I’m also looking for the Mother Jones article that has Bannon’s admission of all this as he addresses Guo’s minions. I’ll add it if I find it.
I do NOT find the scenario KPiper lays out unbelievable, knowing that this was Rudy and Bannon’s sleazy operation.

The allegations – made in letters to the Delaware attorney general, the Justice Department’s National Security Division and the IRS – mark the first time President Joe Biden’s son and his legal team have publicly acknowledged that it was his personal data purported to be found on a laptop left at the Delaware repair shop. However, his legal team said their new outreach does not amount to confirmation of the laptop narrative that has been circulated on the right.
The letters signal a distinct change in strategy by Hunter Biden after bringing on new lawyers to help defend him against an onslaught of attacks from Republicans, who have sought to use his personal struggles with drugs and congressional probes of his business dealings to attack the president. Hunter Biden also faces an ongoing federal criminal investigation that is focused on tax and other issues.
In addition to the letters to the government agencies, Biden’s lawyers sent a cease-and-desist letter to Fox News and the network’s host Tucker Carlson on Wednesday, calling for the retraction of a story broadcast on Carlson’s show that Biden’s team says is false. CNN has reached out to Fox News for comment.
In the letter to Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings, Hunter Biden’s attorneys accuse computer repair shop owner John Paul Mac Isaac of unauthorized access of the laptop and distributing its contents to the New York Post for a story published in the weeks before the 2020 election. Mac Isaac has said in a memoir and media interviews that he received the laptop at his store from Hunter Biden in 2019.
“This failed dirty political trick directly resulted in the exposure, exploitation, and manipulation of Mr. Biden’s private and personal information. Mr. Mac Isaac’s intentional, reckless, and unlawful conduct allowed for hundreds of gigabytes of Mr. Biden’s personal data, without any discretion, to be circulated around the Internet,” Hunter Biden’s attorney Abbe Lowell wrote in the letter.
The letter asks for investigations into Garrett Ziegler, John Paul Mac Isaac, Robert Costello, Rudy Giuliani and Stephen Bannon.

Once I asked her to explain the gravity of Hunter Biden and his laptop and why there should be a thorough investigation. What exactly had he done? I do not recall her answer other than she felt he was getting a pass because of his father and he raked in millions illegally from Ukraine or China or some place.

The actual reason is that someone must have pointed out to them that the guy who got the laptop in the first place has been screaming fir over a year rat the Disk Image bieng passed around is far too large to have come from Hunter Bidens actual laptop, which only had a capacity of 250 gigs. John Paul Mac Isaac, the Delaware computer shop owner who obtained the infamous Hunter Biden laptop, insisted on Newsmax Thursday that newly discovered deleted data from a hard drive could not have come from the files he had under his original custody, because the "math doesn't add up" on the size of the files.
"I know there's been a lot of speculation about 450 gigs of newly discovered deleted data off of a hard drive, claiming to come from my original custody," Mac Isaac told Newsmax's "National Report."
"I argue that statement, mainly because the original laptop only had a 250 gig drive, and I was able to recover 220 gigs of data off of it…the math doesn't add up."
Mac Issac added that there have been many items done through "Photoshop, creative people out there that have been doctoring things and putting things out on the internet to muddy the waters claiming to be from the laptop."
But he told Newsmax that while he's not saying the newly discovered data isn't real, his concern is that "it is stated that it is reportedly coming from a drive that was in my custody, and it's not physically possible."
Conservative activist Jack Maxey, who gave Hunter Biden's laptop to lawmakers and news outlets, said earlier this month that he's recovered more than 120,000 deleted emails, 80,000 images, and much more new data from the laptop.
Maxey, a former researcher for Steve Bannon's "War Room" podcast, also told The Daily Mail that he's fled to Switzerland "so we could do a forensic examination of Hunter's laptop safely in a country that still respects human liberty."
Mac Isaac told Newsmax that Maxey may have left the country after acquiring the data from another laptop or even from a hacked iCloud account.
"I just know that Hunter Biden signed a document that if he didn't collect his products and his equipment in 90 days, it became my property," said Mac Isaac.
"After several failed attempts he never collected and never paid. So I lawfully acquired that laptop and it became my property. If there's another laptop out there that wasn't lawfully acquired, the waters are being muddied with it, then that could jeopardize any efforts that I've made to protect and preserve the integrity drive."

House Oversight Chair Comer quietly subpoenas bank records for Hunter Biden business associates

CNN — House Oversight Chairman James Comer has quietly subpoenaed Bank of America asking for records relating to three of Hunter Biden’s business associates, the committee’s ranking Democrat, Rep. Jamie Raskin, disclosed in a letter sent to Comer on Sunday.
The subpoena was broad and called for “all financial records” spanning 14 years, beginning in 2009, according to a copy of the letter obtained by CNN. Bank of America has since turned over a considerable number of materials in compliance with the subpoena, a source familiar with the communications told CNN.
The subpoena specifically targets US citizen John Robinson “Rob” Walker and other associates of President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, who formed a “a joint venture” with executives of CEFC China Energy, a now-bankrupt Chinese energy conglomerate, according to the letter.
Bank of America declined to comment. CNN has also reached out to an email associated with Walker.
The sweeping subpoena marks an escalation in Comer’s investigation into the Biden family’s business dealings. The Kentucky Republican has said accessing financial information for the Biden family and its business associates is a top priority as he seeks to investigate alleged influence peddling, particularly surrounding any of the family’s foreign business deals. The president has denied any involvement in his son’s overseas business dealings.
A House Oversight GOP spokesperson told CNN in a statement that the purpose of Raskin’s letter was to “get ahead of the information the Oversight Committee is receiving in its investigation of the Biden family’s influence peddling.”
The move comes after attorneys for Hunter Biden recently embraced a more aggressive strategy to push back against attacks from Republicans. Last month, his attorneys fired off a spate of letters urging state and federal agencies to investigate several individuals involved in disseminating the contents of his laptop, which has been the basis for a slew of GOP attacks.
A spokesperson for Hunter Biden’s legal team said Monday, “Rep. Comer continues to pursue far-fetched and already-disproven conspiracy theories about the Biden family,” and accused Comer of “doing the bidding of former President Trump.”
Raskin criticizes Comer in the letter for not giving Democratic members standard notice before the subpoena was issued, arguing they were only given visibility a few hours prior rather than the standard committee practice of alerting the minority of a subpoena 48 hours in advance.
The Maryland Democrat also characterizes the subpoena as a “roving congressional inquisition into the affairs of at least one private American citizen,” given that it called for the production of “thousands of pages of Mr. Walker’s private financial information, including statements of his and his wife’s joint checking account for a decade” – something Raskin argues goes “well beyond any business deal with Hunter Biden or CEFC.”
