Updated numbers: Now, nearly 11,000 Georgians who didn't vote in November have voted in the runoff. Out of 182K total runoff voters, so still 6%.

59% of those 11k voters are young, under age 30. A plurality is Black (42%), and 6% is Asian.

Now I waz wondering why Herschel wanted to disenfranchise voters born on or after 1990. We have the answer.
