He's trying to avoid being around people wearing a wire while he talks about "stuff". That's the only reason to be standing out in the middle of a field at random places, and constantly moving around.

Sadly, anyone with a mobile phone knows that is pretty much irrelevant these days. If you are transmitting, they can pick you up. Besides, they can just record you and then give the feds the recording later.

That video is mostly him driving in a golf cart, when its the video of them standing around talking that's much more interesting. People don;t know the craft of film-making these days.
