So, Gregg, do we call you Dr. Gregg? Can we call Dr. Navarro Dr. Peter? Or maybe Dr. Dick?
I brought it around to the topic too, also, Ben.

Given that Navarro made up at least one of his expert citations ("Ron Vara" - a transparent anagram of Navarro), I vote we call him "Dr. Ron."

In new filing in Contempt of Congress case, Peter Navarro criticizes Mar-a-lago search

"Concerted effort between the White House, Justice Dept & (Archives) to deprive Pres Trump of his ability to assert executive privilege over documents recently seized by the FBI at Mar-a-Lago"

My guess, the motion will be left unhandled and dropped as moot when the complaint gets closed.

Kinda OT, but I'll stick it here anyway

Navarro is asked who he expects to be in Trump’s Cabinet in a 2nd term: He says Judge Jeanine for AG, Stephen Miller in charge of the border, Robt O’Brien for Sect of State, Kash Patel, and he “guarantees” that Michael Flynn will have whatever job he chooses.

Stephen Miller and the border? That would make him boss of DHS

Michael Flynn - a natural head for the DOD - why not say so

Kash Patel - obviously Chief Of Staff at the WH, busy declassifying documents for the president and his next presidential library

Also I'd point out that when the Executive Branch (FBI<Justice Department=Definitely Executive Branch that 'Executive Privilege just isn't.
Also, also DO THESE KNUTSACS even know any law? I mean, I know he found them on OAN and such, but FFS Orley Taitz was more coherent than this crap.

Judge swats away Peter Navarro's complaint about his arrest at airport & Navarro's argument he shoulda been allowed to turn himself in

Judge: "Courts generally should defer to law enforcement about the best way to bring a defendant before the court"

Honestly, I'm waiting for his next motion to explain that he's actually 'Ron Vara', not 'Navarro', and that therefore they arrested the wrong guy.

Not sure what kind of alter ego it is, but it definitely is

It's just 9pm for me. Winding down for bed. Been going in at 6:30am and coming home at 6:30pm (give or take an hour either way) since last Thursday; had Saturday off to spend time with my visiting Sister; but had to work a few hours on Sunday, all because of ... circumstances. Standing up some control centers, running administrative interference so my technicians could do the field work, working with my department head on a staffing plan.

Nothing glamorous except the control center stuff, and I likely will not get an award or anything for it, but I will have the honor of nominating my main subordinate for the highest award a local Embassy can give a local staffer and I think I'll be able to get it pushed through. He's done legitimately breathtaking work pulling off a few miracles while I cleared the obstacles. I've managed to write the staffing plan so that I get the weekend off, but will be the sole anchor on Monday, which everyone else will get off. It's my way of contributing. I don't have a family here with me; most of my colleagues do. Let them have the holiday.

But I'll be damn glad when Wednesday next rolls around and I can breathe again.

"Standing up some control centers" sounds way different than "standing up a blind date." They don't give awards for that.
