An article I read on the London tube earlier today -- I'll try to find it again and post the link, but I admit I was mostly link-surfing -- indicated that the tax break is only applied to a limited number of acres or something like that. I'll see what I can dig up but if anyone else has insights, please do share likewise.
But the sunshine aye shall light the sky,
As round and round we run;
And the truth shall ever come uppermost,
And justice shall be done.

Since it’s a screenshot, I assume it’s a post from Truth Social or whatever that site is called.

In a 3:30 AM post, Trump says it is “illegal” for Verizon to cancel his propaganda network.

Management of OAN will figure it out eventually? I guess they already know. While the former manager of the US is still clueless. :brickwallsmall:

not really. It's about The Venality of Evil: https://news.yahoo.com/ivana-trump-buri ... 03337.html
The location of Ivana Trump's grave — near the first hole of the golf course at Trump National Golf Club — may have tax implications for the business owned by the former president.

Tax documents from the Trump Family Trust, published by ProPublica, show the trust sought to designate a property in Hackettstown, New Jersey, as a non-profit cemetery company, though the course itself is 20 miles away in Bedminster.

Ivana Trump, former President Donald Trump's ex-wife, is the first person known to have been buried at the Trump-owned golf course.

Under New Jersey state tax code, any land that is dedicated to cemetery purposes is exempt from all taxes, rates, and assessments. Cemetery companies are also specifically exempt from paying any real estate taxes, rates, and assessments or personal property taxes on their lands, as well as business taxes, sales taxes, income taxes, and inheritance taxes.
There it is right there - she's the first one to be buried at this cemetary. He needed it so the land could be tax free. They can say it's a cemetary, but until someone is actually in a plot, it's just lawn. Now it's a cemetary. This was a favor to the Trump Org under the auspices of "for the children", for their legacy and inheritance.
]It's also how he will get all that alimony back

Wait, it's ILLEGAL to not carry content on their network when they are not getting paid? Oh, wait, Verizon had to PAY THEM for the content?

I was thinking how easy it would be to run over the grave with a golf cart, but those existing tracks are NOT golf cart tracks. Its the gravedigging machine tracks.

Sheesh.

That's so ugly. At a minimum, he could have at least provided a (cheap) temporary low fence around the grave with a wreath and other flowers added. But why would we ever believe that he gives a shit about anyone other than him?

That pic is from a company that sells cemetery fences. Unfortunately, no one weeded the plot.

But anyway... Rather than just having dirt and a small floral cluster, there could be a temporary fence to show the area of the plot, cover the dirt with flowers, and hang a wreath. I've seen burials like that with low, temporary fences and flowers, special mementos (letters, cards, etc.), and a big wreath. Eventually the headstone is placed, and the grass grows back.

I don't understand why there wasn't a temporary fence, and lots of flowers on the grave, wreaths, etc. Did the kids not like their mom?

They're done with her. (Oops, except for the money they'll make from the grave site.) Being a human being, I would visit a grave, bring flowers, sit quietly, let memories flow.

That's what I was saying earlier. My relatives' graves have a variety of flowers, teddy bears, stuffed hearts, whatever, from their kids and grandkids. Year round, not just Memorial Day.
