That's interesting. I wonder what they did?
Don’t know what her source was, but last night Rachel said they held the phone up to his face to unlock it.
Saw something from the ACLU a while back. Seems that cops unlocking your phone via fingerprint or facial recognition isn’t protected, but using a passcode is, they can’t demand that you tell them the code.
As a general rule, I always turn off fingerprint unlock on my Android phone when I am traveling across national borders, not because foreign cops and border patrols play by the same rules of what is allowed but because in case something goes sideways fast it's a LOT harder to get a passcode from someone without actual torture than it is to simply take their hand and press it to the sensor.
But the sunshine aye shall light the sky,
As round and round we run;
And the truth shall ever come uppermost,
And justice shall be done.

CH in tent behind stage. Mccarthy called CH. He sounded frustrated and angry. she's confused bc she didn't hear was trump just said on the stage. He accused CH of lying to him about turmp not coming. McCarthy said, "Bull, he just said it on stage." She tried to assure him trump wasn't coming. McCarthy seemingly believed her but was "frustrated" trump said it.

She called Ornato to reconfirm there would be no trip to the Capitol and she sent McCarthy a text they would not be coming. He did not respond.

Apparently trump was livid in the motorcade when he was told he wasn't going to the capitol and tried to take control of the wheel.

in trumps vehicle, after SS told him he would not go to the Capitol

(showing video) I can't see anything other than the black suv leaving.

back at the wh she returned to the WW. Ornato called her into the office. He shut the door. Engel was in there, looking sw discombulated. Did you hear what happened in the beast.

No tony, what happened.

when prez got in the beast, he was under impression, per MM, he was going to the vehicle. When "bobby" said no, we're going back to WW, trump had very strong, very angry response to that. Tony described him as being irate. trump said "I'm the effing president, take me to the capitol no.

Bobby: sir we have to go back to the west wing.

trump tried to reach at the steering wheel. Engel grabbed his arm. said take your arm off the wheel. We are going back to the WW. trump then lurched at Bobby Engel.

me: fuuuuuuuuccck!!!

Holy crap….
Trump got physically abusive… grabbing steering wheel and perhaps lunged towards someone’s throat when told the Capitol was off limits…?

video of McEneny: he wanted to walk to the Capitol with the magats, but he'd settle for a ride in the beast. He never got to the capitol and he blamed MM.

trump was under the impression he was going to the Capitol, despite MM only promising they'd try.

It would be really funny if we hear a story about the secret service having to tie trump to a chair at the oval like a child.

She's recalling instances of Trump throwing tantrums, throwing dishes, pulling the tablecloth to make all the plates fall on the floor... good god he's a child.

OO dining room tablecloth being changed. She then noticed ketchup dripping down the wall and a shattered porcelain plate on the floor. The president was extremely angry about Barr's AP interview and thrown his lunch against the wall. She cleaned ketchup off the wall to help. Valet "He's really ticked off about this right now. I would stay clear of him."

It's not the only episode where trump threw dishes.

There were several times throughout her tenure she was aware of him throwing dishes or flipping the tablecloth and throw everything on the floor

video of Barr offering his resignation. trump pounded table and said "Accepted!"

ten minute recess. I'm watching ABC. we'll see what they say. I'm still thinking of his grabbing the steering wheel, then Engel in the car

Bobby Engel is his secret service agent. that's who he lunged at when told he would not go to the Capitol.

"I am the "effing" president. You are going to listen to what I tell you. We are going to the Capitol."

He used the free hand to lunge at BE, while his other hand was on the wheel.

That takes a lot of guts for such a young lady to put herself out there on live TV like that. Bets all the favorite congress critters are on Hannity and Tucker tonight spreading filth and lies about her?

Too bad the Senate is in recess (I think they are), I'd like some reporter ask Susan Collins if she still believes he learned his lesson after the first impeachment.
