We don’t have any near by actual “neighborhoods”, but there are lots of folks around and when something cool happen, which isn’t very often they all turn out for it. So that was very cool! So, I am sitting here practicing for tomorrow morning. While practicing hymns (and while playing them sometimes), I sing along to make sure the emphasis, phrasing, and breathing match the text and that my playing will help lead the congregation. And so the line went:
I eagerly await Sam of the Many Legs' witty response, once he stops laughing.
and I sang:to the church in faith assembled,
to her midst as gift and sign
to the church in faith assembled,
to her midst as grift and sign

I eagerly await Sam of the Many Legs' witty response, once he stops laughing.

Actually I have great affection for those who combine their religious beliefs with a clear-eyed understanding of the interplay between those and the world as it is. I couldn't do it.

The Constitution, of course, does not specify death by firing squad for treason. It says Congress shall decide the penalty.
