(Oltmann claims Dominion Voting Systems held a conference call with antifa to bring down the election. No comment, though, on all those Republicans who won in 2020, their votes also counted by Dominion.)

Oltmann, who runs a podcast and a digital company in Denver, also is taking his lies on the road to expound on his baseless allegations. In addition to false claims about Dominion personnel, he’s added vicious attacks on Indy staff.

While we appreciate a good debate and informed differences of opinion, we draw the line at the disgusting, ridiculous, defamatory lies he’s spreading about our reporter. We’re not going to give them credence or attention by repeating those lies here, but rest assured, we are taking action.

It’s bad enough that Oltmann and his crew have damaged democracy and faith in the electoral system for no reason other than to promote their own sense of power. (He’s facing a defamation lawsuit from Dominion’s Eric Coomer for his lies; more could follow.)

We are letting our readers know that we have received threats for our reporting on Oltmann and his harebrained fantasies, and we’ve asked the police to investigate the credibility of those threats.

We’re also exploring legal options based on the defamation and slander that one of our reporters is facing — online harassment that no one should have to deal with just because her job involves rooting out lies from the crazy side of the conservative right.

While there’s always room for disagreement, Oltmann’s repulsive statements go far beyond disagreement — they are libelous and slanderous. And we’re not going to take it.

Calm down, Jennifer. No one is taking away your constitutional right to believe whatever kind of inane conspiracy theory you want — but we are calling you out on thinly veiled threats to our staff. Stop. It.

On Joe Oltmann’s online chat, a brave soul masquerading as “Kilian Patriot” (it’s a brave patriot who won’t use his real name) asks for information about our reporting staff — leaving why he wants the information to the imagination.

The belief that anyone who challenges you to provide evidence for your claims is a criminal, that anyone who points out that there’s no evidence behind your claims who must be dealt with violently or through nasty verbal attacks — it’s just so ridiculous that it’s almost funny.

But human beings work at the Indy. People with families; people who deserve to do their jobs without being threatened, harassed and defamed. We know the media aren’t always popular, especially when we’re uncovering the ugly things that slither about in the dank back alleys of society. The truth isn’t popular with everyone. We know that. But threats, name-calling and lies have led to violent action in the past. We’re concerned enough to have notified the police and our attorneys.

So, Oltmann: Knock it off. We’re up for a challenge if our reporting is inaccurate, but you’ve only got lies in your corner. Resorting to defamation might have worked for you as a grade-school bully, but we’re all adults now. You need to act like one.

He admits getting 2 DUIs but left out the many posts of beating, humiliating and peeing on his then wife. Many of you got to hear what a judge sounds like who stands as the proxy for the evil of our nation while manuevering the case in a way to act as NOT an impartial party but as a weapon. Not only did this Judge lie about wanting to throw me in jail, which Coomer's attorney directly said was his intent in conferal, but lied about the circumstances of the case as well, then muted my lawyer so she could not respond. I have no faith in our judiciary and yet how could I?

Now, I get to pay sanctions for not showing up in a place where their goal was to have me jailed for not giving up the Antifa guy, who if exposed, would be dead before his name would be uttered. and if they didnt kill him, they would surely make it so he never would have peace, which could lead to him killing himself.... then there is the part where if I went to jail which I would gladly do, I would be dead in a weeks time, by the same leftist thugs that have wanted to silence me. the entire thing is crazy...

Everyday is heavy these days, but today I got to witness a true Activist for evil. I need to take a deep breath and take a walk. I need it to get my spirit back to center.

The judge wants me to prove Eric was on the call, by exposing the Antifa associate who gave me access to the call. I need to prove it. Exposing him to the same people who have attacked me is a mirage…

Meanwhile, Coomer goes on the record stating he deleted evidence AND lied when he voluntarily wrote an op Ed article where he said I fabricated the social posts. So he lied and deceived, admits he is a skinhead that is not a racist (that’s a new one), was a heroin addict and… was twice arrested for a DUI and wrote a smut piece about how he abused, peed on his wife and made her bark like a dog in a public email to the world… and I am the one that these ass clown leftist media hacks says is not credible? Got it…

Going to throw up what is in my brain at the moment… forgive me:

Do you know how absurd it feels to me that I was on that Antifa call. I have gone back and forth, over and over again… I ask myself the simple question, what if this is that bullets collide in mid air moment. What if I was wrong about Eric on the call being the Eric at Dominion. I validated the information, listened intently to videos. I did research to make sure it was actually him. Yet at the time, it was not significant. I was however 100% sure this is who was on the call. What are the chances… and why? Haunted by all of it honestly. I wish I wasn’t and frankly I wish I did not have this obligation to serve others unselfishly.

The deeper we get into the election fraud, the more sinister it all appears and the more validated it all becomes. I’ve become somewhat of an architectural expert on election systems which leads me to wonder how anyone can use any of them. They are all flawed in the most basic forms of security.

And… Why was one man at Dominion traveling all over the world (not nation but world) selling, installing, updating, demonstrating, negotiating and representing the company? How does one man wear that many hats in a billion dollar company?

I was a successful tech company CEO. I understand consolidation of authority and access. Those jobs he was doing were not the type of jobs you would consolidate, ever. The only reason you would consolidate those positions is to keep the circle tight, and limit the amount of information available on the company to the public. There are only two types of environments where this happens. One is organized crime and the other is government op. I’ll let you all stew on that for a minute…

This is a company with over 200 employees, where code was written in Serbia, where the primary data center was built and maintained by a Serbian company who’s number parter was Huawei, the US restricted and sanctioned bank and investment firm in China. A company who in the US is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dominion Voting in Canada. A company who’s HQ in Canada sat on the same floor as a Soros shell non profit. Coincidence…

We are talking about a guy who was the speaker invited by Chris Krebs himself to speak at a conference. Hacker Conferences, public hearings.. you name it. We are talking about the Swiss Army knife of positions.

Now let’s talk about actions. I’ve talked to several people personally who said Eric likes to bully people, prone to rage and drinks profusely. Allegedly He once punched a contractor who he said hit on his girlfriend. He supposedly bought a bar, got in a fight with not one but two of his employees while in a drunken rage. This was not 10 years ago…

Keep in mind, I had no idea the significance of Eric or Dominion for that matter. I did not know of his history, initially I did not have access to his social media, did not know even initially he was the inventor of the adjudication process for Dominion. I did not know about him being a skinhead, a person who writes about sexually humiliating and abusing his wife. I did not know he was a heroine addict nor did I know he went to jail for DUIs. I did not know any of this.

Now I do… and it matters.

I knew he said he had a Doctorate in Nuclear Physics. Turned out to be that was a lie. Not a big lie, but significant enough for the nuclear community. His Doctorate was actually in Nuclear Engineering. Still impressive as it requires advanced math and computation skills, but it is NOT Nuclear Physics. That is a whole other animal of impressive.

I know he wrote a voluntary op-Ed in the Denver Post. His own words, driven by the purity of the whitest snow that he was a victim and those social postings were all fabricated. Only, that too was a lie… a rather large lie. A lie that caused a firestorm of rage and danger for me and my family. He later admitted those were in fact his social posts.

But that lie does not stop there. He went on to say later, those posts were “satire”.

And even later than that, that they were no longer satire but were him voicing his frustration with Trump and our country. So the lie became another lie that dwarfed into yet another… lie? The only person that does that, is someone who is hiding, truth.

Let me dig a little deeper here… before the election, Dominion hired a firm to look into the social media of its employees. They met with some of them who openly posted things related to politics. In these meetings they recommended that they, “lock down, deactivate or close” social media accounts. It was preemptive… almost as if they knew. Now only someone with access to Dominion employees would know this. My question is simple… didn’t they have this conversation with Eric? If they didn’t, why?

There is also something else that happened. Right after the election, the CEO called an “all hands conference call”. Names that popped up all over were l, you guessed it… Serbian. On this call, they said people would be “watching them” for their own safety.

Now we get to the admission of destroying evidence. Eric admitted that prior to filing the fictitious lawsuit against me, he permanently deleted his social posts. He destroyed evidence. Then he filled a lawsuit. Completely illegal and disqualifying but, hey let’s not let law and preservation of evidence get in the way.

Now we deal with a corrupt judiciary… a lawyer for Eric who lies at every turn and all for not lying… and for standing up.

And at the end of what is in my brain at the moment is the knowledge that the election was 100% stolen. It does not matter how many times they lie and say “nothign to see here”. They have to do that, because even letting up for a minute will quicken the result of accountability.

Make no mistake, we will win. God will win. But anything good and worth it never happened easily. It is the hard work and determination to end the evil we face that will show the character and courage of our countrymen and women fighting for a restoration of our nation and an end to the perversions of our communities.

God wins… we win, and what we are seeing is an awakening of courage and sacrifice to defeat this evil terroristic cancer in our society.

Oh my… just read the response by Coomer’s attorney to his justification for destroying evidence prior to a lawsuit… they actually said, (paraphrased) “well it’s not really evidence. It’s not relevant to the call, which is what this case is about.” they forgot to refer to the original complaint before writing this response. This case is about the pattern and evidence abound for Coomer and Dominion. If this was a murder case (which it is if you think about the voice of the American people being murdered), the abundance of evidence would get you life in prison. The shear amount of lies and deceit by dominion and Eric would be enough for even the dumbest people among us.

His lawyers like to watch my telegram, as does Coomer. So I’m just going to say this…. In any other court where truth and honesty come before a compromised and fraudulent judiciary, this case would be over. Liars stick together… as do the radical leftist terrorists who have infected our country. Truth matters, just not to you clowns. You like to lie… you know, like the lie in the NYT where you tell everyone you are living in Chicago? You even lie about stuff that is not important and that no one cares about. I did not collect a half million dollars for David. I started a fund for him so he could live during the fight. He’s got a long fight ahead and he is fighting for all of us. The people supported him for standing up and so did I, even though I don’t particularly have money to give.

I have spent nearly 300,000 on legal and protection in the last 8 months and growing dramatically by each hour. I have no peace and no privacy. Am I supposed to shut my mouth and walk into this battle alone? Am I supposed to let others do the same knowing how difficult the path is? I have always Had a problem with asking for help, mostly because of people who think at some point it is a money making opportunity. I’ve heard others say, “he has money let him spend it”. It makes me mad that I can do the right thing and have those who would criticize me stand up and act as if I did something wrong by supporting others or even helping me in this grossly corrupt system. Not sure you understand the gravity of the pain some of us are feeling. Maybe you do, and you don’t care. They want to destroy me for telling the truth. It appears you would like to see that happen, not just to Me but to others like David as well. I don’t care if his fund raises a billion dollars… and I hope it does, because I know that David will be a good steward of those funds and serve others. About an hour in watching in the background... Squidney's guy took a ton of time on a repost Coomer made that was a tongue in cheek "Antifa Manifesto". Up front, it says Antifa doesn't exist as an organization (which he points out TFG's FBI also said), so the idea of an organized Manifesto was satirical. Squidney's guy kept asking all around it, it seemed like a big waste of time but maybe he has some AHA moment he's trying to get to. He's also going through the NY Times article getting him to confirm stuff like his drug addiction (Coomer: "It's a terrible disease") and other stuff that seems not helpful to suing Oltmann Powell et al but maybe he'll get to a point.

Lin Wood. I’ve never met him face to face, but I have followed him closely. I live my life by examples that keep me grounded and centered on Jesus. My biggest fear is becoming the very thing I am fighting against. Lin many times has been that one that says, take your foot off the gas, if even for a minute and get back to the word of God. He’s been a powerful force for me in maintaining peace, and I am grateful for that. I don’t know what the fight is about with MTG, but I know both of them are fighting like mad for our nation. Lin wants MTG to stay focused on the fraud perpetrated on the American people in the election 2020. MTG shot over the bow in what looks like a boiling over in frustration, as she is fighting hard… at the end of the day, they need to reconcile and we need to move forward together. The camp centered on the Lord must not be divided. Lin exuded an amazing amount of grace. I pray they come together.

Both of them are courageous warriors for you. We are all imperfect but we must remember that we must stand in the gap, together. The fate of our nation depends on the good standing unselfishly together. I have some reconciliations I do myself with Alex Sheppard, and I plan on doing just that. If you love Jesus… it is what he commands.

Coomer admits in his deposition that he is anti-fascist, but not ANTIFA…. I am completely serious…. So the ex skinhead, drug addict, twice arrested for driving under the influence, who publicly humiliated his wife, made her bark like a dog, sexually abused her and peed on her, that posted the ANTIFA manifesto, posted antiTrump, anti-police and anti American rhetoric among other things, while representing as 50% of the American voice across the nation…. Yeah that guy is not biased nor does he have character issues that would cause him to lie… nah. He’s the quintessential good American. Yeah… this is why we must fight. They revered this piece of trash in the MSM. They blocked truth from hitting social media. They slandered me, attacked my family and stood on the throat of truth.

I will fight this prick with everything I have and when I am done, I will simply go back to serving others and doing the Lord’s work. I don’t know what quit looks like… God decides the fight, I just plow his fields and follow Him willingly. Vengeance belongs to God. I will settle for a nation healed of the evil crapbags we have encountered.

Some of you probably know… Max McGuire has been my colleague and friend for over 7 years. He is my partner on Conservative Daily Podcast. He was there when my brother was murdered in my darkest hour and he was there when this Coomer and Dominion started and all he said was, “how ever you want to do this Joe, I will back you” I was there when he got married to his beautiful wife Annie, when their kids were born… We are sometimes like oil and water yet that has never stopped our friendship from growing or the fact that we would be there no matter what if called upon or needed. He’s very smart, very kind, kinda lazy (sorry not sorry) yet one of most loyal and kind men I have ever known.

I stayed up talking to Lin Wood last night… What a great conversation with an amazing man of God. Sometimes I let my frustration boil over. It’s not difficult to have that happen these days as I see the evil seemingly consume humanity.

Then, I talked to Lin. We talked about Jesus and about patience and forgiveness. We talked about the sacrifices of Jesus, the love of Jesus…

I sometimes get in a place where I’m angry and want to push the world at my own pace and not trust in the Lord’s time. I want to fix things. Lin reminded me that it’s not up to me what is fixed that my responsibility is to have faith, act in that faith and trust in Him.

I did keep him up late… but it was worth it. Thank you Lin for the great talk and the opportunity to see your heart for Jesus.

Here's another version of the depo. Haven't had time to go through it, this video is 2.5 hours, the Gateway video was like 5 hours. Not sure if this one is missing something or if Gateway has filler.

You can look at the deposition to answer that question. It began at 11:33 am and concuded at 3:22 pm. There were probably a couple or so breaks during that time, so ... certainly not 5 hours of testimony or even real time.

I read a lot of the transcript. Whoever is questioning Dr. Coomer spends a lot of time attempting to trap him in admissions that he thinks will be damaging, and Coomer is having none of it. So it is kind of contentious and...spiky.
A lot of irrelevant horseshit being dragged up by the defense lawyer, like a bizarre fixation with Coomer's physical appearance, including questions about tattoos, piercings etc. He also wastes an inordinate amount of time trying to analzyze one Facebook post that Coomer wrote, and tries arguing with Coomer about whether the entire post is satirical. It's an uneven fight, because the lawyer clearly doesn't know the full expanse of the phrase "satirical", and Coomer ends up schooling him on it. The defense lawyer, either because he is not too smart, or because he is being a dick, also keeps referring to him as Mr. Coomer. Which Coomer keeps correcting him on.
Of course, if you're from Gateway Pundit, then Coomer was combative, evasive and unable to answer any questions...

I read the entire depo, after reading the lengthy ?NYT? piece on the case (I'll track it down when I get up).

The reason the def. lawyer focused on Coomer personal behaviors (including forwarding sarcastic posts) is that's all Oltmann has. The case is another extension of the Kracken style of evidence; meaning there isn't any.

The best exchanges are about antifa, "Are you antifa!" "Yes, I'm anti-fascist. I'm against fascism." "So you are antifa!" "I'm anti-fascist, yes." "Do you belong to antifa?" "There is no sugh thing. That's the point." Context: Oltmann invented an "antifa" phone call on the topic of how to bring down TFG, and placed Coomer on the call. That's what the defense is working with here.

Judge rejects Trump allies' bid to dismiss defamation case brought by ex-Dominion executive falsely accused of election-rigging

A Colorado judge rejected a request by several allies of former President Donald Trump that she dismiss a defamation case they're facing after hyping bogus 2020 election fraud claims.

The move Friday by District Judge Marie Avery Moses means that the defamation case will advance toward trial, opening the door to more extensive discovery that could shed light on the "big lie" narrative that propelled Trump's bid to overturn the election.

"There is no constitutional value in false statements of fact or the deliberate spread of dangerous and inflammatory political disinformation designed to sow distrust in democratic institutions," the judge wrote. "The public has an active interest in ensuring that there are remedies for defamatory statements."

The case was brought by Eric Coomer, a former Dominion Voting Systems executive, after several Trump allies falsely claimed that Coomer had been involved in a plot to rig the 2020 election.

On Friday, the Denver-based state court judge denied the requests by the defendants -- including the Trump campaign, Trump-aligned lawyers Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani, and other prominent figures on the right -- that the case be dismissed.

She said that based on the evidence submitted so far in the case, Coomer "will be able to present the following credible evidence to a jury which would be sufficient to meet the clear and convincing evidentiary standard in support" of his legal claims.

At this stage of the proceedings, the judge must treat the evidence and claims put forward by Coomer as true. With that in mind, she said that Coomer had put forward evidence showing "actual malice" -- a standard Coomer will have to prove in order to succeed in trial.
