Do I "know" it in a court of law sense? No. But it's fairly obvious this is people in the GOP giving him the laugh.

Here's one that doesn't involve video of Cawthorn's bare ass and thrusting penis. Thankfully.
Madison Cawthorn May Have a New Ethics Violation to Handle
Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-NC) has been embroiled in scandal after scandal. But this one, while much more traditionally Washington, could still be a problem.

Overpaying a staff member hardly seems like Rep. Madison Cawthorn’s biggest scandal these days, but a Daily Beast investigation into Cawthorn’s compensation for his chief of staff reveals a cut-and-dried ethics violation—one his office appears to have tried (and failed) to skirt.
:snippity:
https://www.thedailybeast.com/madison-c ... -to-handle

This one is a little complex and can't really be explained in a four paragraph snippet. But yeah. Looks like they played fast and loose with the rules and tried (unsuccessfully) to hide it. I'm so shocked.

Steve Hofstetter, on Madison Cawthorn. (comedian, but not a humorous video)

Didn't watch the video but read Kendra's link. Caught myself feeling a bit sorry for him. But it passed, like a gas bubble.

I think Boebert is the literal most uneducated, especially if she couldn't pass the GED.

Halfway through, I get the impression of someone who's years after his accident is still bitter that he can't be what he once was instead of trying to figure out his potential with what he has. There's still a lot he can do but he's focused on what he can't. Never a good place. But he also sounds like he's always been deplorable.

Most revealing line in the article is early on:
“I miss my life,” he said. “I miss being able to defend myself
This is something I wouldn't miss because I don't worry about it (I'm not so afraid all the time I worry about defending myself). I'd be concerned about it *after* I was incapacitated for obvious reasons, but that's not what he said.

He takes the knives to elementary schools. It’s those out of control second graders.

Given his inflated view of himself he may mean he's no longer Chuck Norris, John Wayne and Clint Eastwood in one package.

I have friends who live in Hendersonville. Not dangerous. (Of course, they live in a gated community at the top of a mountain. )
