Thanks for making the suggestion.
Welcome! I know I'm not the only one here who was confused by the constant stream of CPACs over the last couple of years. I had the same experience with the term ComiCon a number of years ago.

In fact I like to refer to CPAC as ComiCon (no disrespect to ComiCon).

Actually, I haven't been in a liquor store for quite some time. But I heard that Trump Vodka was drunkenly pining for the fjords.

Guilfoyle: It turns out rigging elections for incompetent weak leaders actually has consequences
One can only hope, although we may disagree on who the incompetent weak so-called leader is.

Because the "my body my choice" argument for Abortion is fucking stupid to begin with. Which was the point of them making that argument in the first place, to blow that stupid argument back to "the libs." Of course as is the nature of things they started using it seriously because freedumb, the same reasons Pro-abortionists use it; to pretend they are about freedumb. It makes zero sense for abortion and it makes just as much zero sense for anti-vaccers.

Watching the two of you practice high horseism while refusing to admit you are both using the same stupid argument is like Mitt Romney being "against Obamacare" when it was the same fucking scheme as the Romneycare he instituted in Massachusetts.

A pox on both your houses. I'm done.

I mean, I personally find that there is absolutely a difference between saying "My body my choice" within the context of "my neighbors are not the ones who have to bear the social cost of me undergoing this procedure" and saying it with the meaning of "my neighbors are the ones who have to bear the social cost of me not undergoing this procedure". I get why you don't, as you've been quite plain about being pro-birth. But to say there's no difference is ignoring context and subtext.
But the sunshine aye shall light the sky,
As round and round we run;
And the truth shall ever come uppermost,
And justice shall be done.

No matter how hard he tries, Marco just can’t get MAGA to love him. I’ve been predicting a GOP undervote in the FL Senate race ever since my last Trump rally in FL, when nobody would accept campaign literature from his ‘Team Marco’ people.

Speaking of totally incompetent, who's the racist pizza boy who isn't allowed on the pizza board anymore, huh?
At CPAC today, speaker ‘Papa John’ Schnatter says Biden intentionally caused Putin to invade Ukraine to “create a great smokescreen, to create a distraction from all the real issues here affecting Americans.”

Wow. Unbelievable. Thanks for your measured and reasonable response Ben Prime.

Actually, the pro-abortion argument is 100% about freedom. Freedom for women, which of course, you scorn and hate, Suranis. Freedom to live our lives without an unwanted pregnancy derailing our lives, our hopes, and our ambitions. I know you will say none of those things are important as balanced against a forced birth. How fortunate you are that you have never faced those fears or felt an unwanted pregnancy growing within you.

He is running for President, and betting that Trump will not be able to. He has been the only Republican willing to be this obvious about it.
