A pro se litigant is beating his mortgage lender at this time. Wild stuff.
He has, partly as a result of this cunning manouvering, been living rent-free in the property since 2005.
I knew we were making a mistake when we set up that direct debit for the mortgage...

[CA meaning "court of appeal," not California nor Canada.]

Yes, that appeals court covers part of 4 states, and this actual case appears to have originated in Ohio.
