Hello all
I'm generally terrible at introducting myself, but in brief I used to lurk here during the Obama presidency, taking much humor from following the birthers and their antics.
Then thing took a turn for the darkness and for the trump years I was too depressed, angry, bewildered, furious, sad (and so much more) to take too much of an interesting in trump and his ilk.
With a modicum of sanity restored to the US political scene - the less said about the state of the GQP, the better - I felt I could once more follow along.
