Where is Loomer getting all this money to file bogus lawsuits?

Talib took Laura's cellphone away, is the the assault? Nuts.

I 'm sure GIL will find some way to get either Obama or the Clintons in to this before it's over and dismissed.

Klayman, presumably. Filing fees are relatively cheap for a professional gadfly.

Seeks $500k in damages, $2M in punitives.

There's something I've seen before: Technically Loomer is suing pro se, with Klayman "of counsel" (and PHV application "pending," natch.) It'll be interesting how this issue plays out.
What is "of counsel?"

I remember long ago seeing the term on an attorney's letterhead and wondering what it meant.

How much of a case do they have?

I looked at the videotape. In my opinion, none.

In other words, a typical Klayman lawsuit.

Somerset, my experience is "of counsel" is a non partner, recently worked with a 60 year veteran who was "of counsel" to his firm.

On a law firm letterhead, it means someone who works for the firm who is nether a partner nor an associate; usually denotes a semi-retired former partner.

When a lawyer is listed "of counsel" on a lawsuit, it means that the lawyer is not admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction, and therefore cannot be counsel of record, but is nonetheless working on the case, ostensibly assisting the counsel of record.

Oh looky, it's that great home of American values, VDARE. Interesting that they refer to Lomer as a journalist while many of their readers see another J word with some ugly adjectives preceding it.

Loomer herself deserves the adjective "ugly ".

Loomer is a stalker of Muslim women. It’s creepy. Is this just her niche in the WingNut Welfare office (you has to stake a claim to something - no general grifting) or is she serious?

She doesn’t strike me as stable. :?

Facebook has Klayman's number: It cites some of many his fails -- including the Klayman/Loomer failboat that unsuccessfully argued that Teh Tech (including Facebook) was conspiring to censor conservatives.

Here's the footnote that got that tweeter in a tizzy:
Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, 47 U.S.C. § 230, also protects Facebook’s decision. With limited exceptions not relevant here, Section 230(c) prohibits all civil claims against an online publisher such as Facebook based on its decisions to publish or remove third party content.

It's on page 3 and at the end of the response as well, but I read it as the company's 1st Amendment rights (in classifying her as "dangerous"), not an admission they are a publisher in the way Breitbart and the RW are going nuts over it. Don't think it's a 230 issue, it's a 1A issue.

I don't think "online publisher: means what KKKlayman and Loony Loomer want it to or think it means. Also too, if they have a First Amendment right to publish third party material, then it follows they equally have a right NOT TO. I think two edged sword rule fits here quite well. Just as Loony Loomer has a FA right to publish her hate and fear mongerings, if she can find someone to do it for her if she can't/doesn't do it herself. There is, however, NO FA right to make someone else do it for her or provide her a platform/medium, at their expense.

I agree, she is a stalker, but mostly an attention/fame stalker, Muslim women just seem to be her current fixation. Kinda like GIL come to it.

For a while, I thought sure that she and Jacob Wohl were going to become teh hawt new item on the right-wing crank three ring circus. Perhaps her interest in Muslim women is a needed distraction from her advances being spurned?

Faceplant not only has KKKlayman's number, they have very real, nasty, vicious, competent lawyers who will eat him for lunch and not even bother to spit out the bones. They also have tremenjously deep pockets, and unless I seriously misguess them, they will want to not only stamp down this kind of attention, they will stomp it in to the ground, and unlike GIL's other adversaries they have the money and will to pursue him, and I hope they do. He's about due for a serious legal pounding.

Oh noooooo Loomer got the coveted Chuck Woolery and Juanita Brodderick endorsements! Game changer. Sorry Laura, even if you're pretty sure, I didn't. I'm also not a supporter, much less active. You're in fantasyland.
Sponsored Message From Laura Loomer for Congress

I’m pretty sure I saw your name come up as one of the people who took the time to thank Chuck Woolery and Juanita Broaddrick for supporting my campaign.

If I’m correct, thank you so much for doing that!

Since I’m banned on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, I have to rely on you to be my voice.

For every person who is kind and brave enough to endorse my run for Florida’s 21st Congressional District, I want them to hear from all of us.

I want them to know that they don’t just have my thanks, but the appreciation of thousands of us who won’t waver from putting America First in our public policy.

You’ve been one of my most active supporters and I really can’t express my appreciation enough . . . but I know the only way I can repay your kindness is by working as hard as I possibly can to win this race.

And to do that, I can’t be shy about asking you to take another step with me by donating whatever you can today to our campaign.

Like you, so many Americans from all over the country have stepped up to support my run to flip Florida 21 from Blue to Red . . . and with the first FEC filing deadline just days away, I have to keep the pressure up to make sure we have the best showing possible when our report is filed.

You’ve done so much already, and I appreciate that more than you know.

And if you can, please dig a bit deeper and donate whatever you can today.

Once our report is filed, Mr. Woolery, Congressman Gosar, Wayne Allyn Root and Juanita Broadrick will be joined by so many more conservative voices willing to support this run, that you and I will be able to sit back for a moment and smile because we will know that we made it happen.

So thank you again, and if you haven’t already done so, please click here to donate today.

Respectfully,

Laura Loomer
