It is particularly nice to see Cohen’s counsel quote Moore’s own judgements and Klayman’s (many) failures in this reply.

Moore has been a lawyer and a judge for HOW many years? And he couldn't read the contract or reign in his (overblown)sense of self importance? No sympathy from me. He got exactly what he deserved.

According to a NY Times article on 7 January 2019:
https://www.nytimes.com/2019/01/07/us/p ... e=Homepage

... Alabama Democrats sandbagged Roy Moore by entangling him with a made-up prohibitionist crusade.
They evidently were aware that Alabamans might tolerate a middle-aged man who approached their daughters, but would draw the line at someone who would keep them cold sober.

Good for the Alabama Democrats I say! Yeah, disinformation isn't good, but when you live in a state full of nutjob asshats, some things are more important than purist principles. Especially when the opposition doesn't have such scruples.

Keeping Moore away from the seats of government and justice is one of those things.

Roy Moore, the Alabama Republican accused of preying upon underage girls and sexual misconduct, says he lost Senate race because of a “disinformation campaign” and is considering a rematch, via @thedeannapaul

Sen. Doug Jones (D-Ala.) may face Roy Moore, his 2017 special election opponent, in Alabama’s 2020 U.S. Senate race. The former chief justice of the state’s supreme court announced he is “seriously considering” a run in the upcoming election, during a Friday interview on American Family Radio, Reuters reported.

The special election arose after Jeff Sessions vacated the seat to become President Trump’s attorney general. Moore lost to Jones, a former federal prosecutor, by a small margin. In the Friday interview Moore claimed the seat was stolen by a Democrat-waged disinformation campaign.

“I think that’s been pronounced in the national newspapers — the New York Times, The Washington Post even — has recognized there was a disinformation campaign going on in September of 2017 by forces outside of Alabama that spent a lot of money not regulated by the FEC in trying to dissuade Republicans from voting and encourage and enrage Democrats,” he said to “Focal Point” host Bryan Fische.

Ballotpedia says in one place that Alabama is open primary and in another place that it is up to the political party.

Does anyone know?

Maybe you have to vote for whom the parties dictates in an open primary. It is Alabama and some of them probably like the Soviet method.

I think it may be the same it is here. You vote in whichever primary you want to, but you can't change parties if there is a run-off. I think it's called a semi-open?

“Prancing around in a cowboy suit” was the most devastating one liner possible to describe Moore. Thanks Doug Jones.

Klayman's site: Roy Moore to Appear in Court in Case vs. Sasha Baron Cohen:
Counsel for Chief Justice Roy Moore, Larry Klayman, and his client will appear before the Honorable Thomas Hogan to argue a motion filed by defendants Sasha Baron Cohen, Showtime and CBS seeking to have the case transferred to federal court in New York City, where the defendants obviously believe they will have a more favorable venue given the leftist slant of the judiciary in the Southern District of New York. Chief Justice Moore has opposed this requested change of venue, since the alleged malicious defamation perpetrated against him on the show "Who Is America?", whereby Sasha Baron Cohen and the other defendants defrauded him to appear to accept an award from the Jewish state of Israel, occurred in the District of Columbia.

* * *

Klayman has this to say about Cohen's, Showtime's and CBS's malicious defamation, calculated to turn a handsome profit for the defendants at the expense of Chief Justice Moore, both a distinguished jurist and a person of deep faith:
The Defendants can try to run to New York City where they obviously believe that a leftist jurist will be more inclined to dismiss the case, but they cannot hide from the egregiousness of their cheap and vile acts. I am confident that Judge Hogan will see through this charade and allow the case to go to a jury of the parties' peers in the place where this case belongs, the District of Columbia.
* * *

Following the hearing, there will be a press conference at the Third Street exit/entrance of the courthouse with Chief Justice Moore, his wife and his counsel present.
Translation: Klayman intends for a final round of showboaingt at the hearing on the defendants' motion to transfer the case to New York. (To a jurisdiction where Klayman is not licensed to practice.)

Most specifically to a jurisdiction KKKlayman isn't licensed in and be would unlikely to get PHV, of course why he thinks DC will give him a favorable hearing is a good question, as I am sure they are heartily sick of him by now.

Klayman's site: Roy Moore to Appear in Court in Case vs. Sasha Baron Cohen:
He forgot to mention that he was the founder of Judicial Watch, current head of Freedom Watch, and former prosecutor who helped break up AT&T.

The article also had this:
Recently polls in Alabama show that if Chief Justice Moore decides to run again for the U.S. Senate in 2020, he will easily beat any of his rivals, including the current senator of the state, Doug Jones.
Showing how popular Moore is seems unhelpful when trying to show injury. Good thing GIL and Moore are only in this for the grift.

i find it annoying and pretentious, I know, GIL all over but still, that he insists on referring to him as Chief Justice blah blah, since he in fact is not and was actually judicially stripped of that title.

Roy Moore is bringing his wife to the press conference? He signed a consent agreement that covers all this. Great point about his popularity Northland, absolutely nuts.
Following the hearing, there will be a press conference at the Third Street exit/entrance of the courthouse with Chief Justice Moore, his wife and his counsel present.

For more information, contact daj142182@gmail.com or (424) 274 2579.
Press conference for what? Googled that daj email address, is there anything on this list that wasn't a failure? How much of people's donations were wasted on these losers (although compared to the personal grift, guess the losers were at least legal). I wouldn't be surprised if Freedom Watch is even worse with their finances than the NRA.

When this case gets to New York, maybe the AG can welcome them by looking into Freedom Watch's finances and tax status just like the NRA. :P
