I see he also as an offense, DUTIES OF OPERATOR OF OFF-HIGHWAY VEHICLE, (MISDEMEANOR)

The operator of an off-highway vehicle that is being driven on a highway in this State in accordance with NRS 490.090 to 490.130, inclusive, shall:

1. Comply with all traffic laws of this State;
2. Ensure that the registration of the off-highway vehicle is attached to the vehicle in accordance with NRS 490.083 or a special plate issued pursuant to NRS 490.0827 is attached to the vehicle; and
3. Wear a helmet.
NRS 490.130

The charge is from April 2021, and on 23 June a bench warrant was issued for failure to appear.

Edit: The whole gang has a host of traffic issues and Lance is a hot mess with drugs, burglary, etc.

I saw the Bundy cases on the Mesquite court site. Then I looked at the LV Justice Court site. Same case was there and it was there that the defendant was listed as Ryan Jay instead of cRyan. IDK why the cases are listed in 2 jurisdictions but I'm not a local so who knows. Anyway cRyan is certainly a defendant in the previous case and DOES have a warrant out for his arrest. Sorry for the confusion about mixing up Ryan C. and Ryan J.
