Going through the stuff now. Did Philpoot get the COVID? I thought COVID was fake according to poots. I don't think Philpoot has staff.

Read all of it (thanks Poppy). The defendants attorneys call Philpoot an idiot several times. Here is a fun footnote.

And telecom cables - I had a project in Australia once about that. That was fun. I don't think they actually ate them but destroyed them when burrowing or something. Good memories.

They are amazing burrowers...

and far more dangerous to hit in a car than any other Australian animal (including introduced Camels/cattle/horses/pigs)..

Their scats are pretty distinctive - being cubical.. no wonder they are bad tempered biting beasties! ;)

Also too - I went to some animal rescue place outside of Melbourne. Telecom Australia (now Telstra) had cables running through the bird enclosure. Was a test of aerial cable design vs. parrots and checking to see which supplier had the more bird proof cable. I supplied the test equipment for that too. Glory Days etc.

Two more docket entries from Philpoot were added this week. I downloaded them from PACER but RECAP did not load them to Courtlistener so I will post them here for your reading pleasure.

Thanks again Poppy. That errata one is funny. Philpoot filed something with wrong names, bad spelling, bad grammar, bad formatting etc. Nice proofreading Philpoot.

Ugh the poot version of a "major victory" : the case was dismissed (if they brought it) or they were convicted (if the defendants) but the judge is actually massively corrupt and we just proved to our viewers by having our perfect case decided against us! And now the true believers will send whatever is left of their meager savings so that we can continue to make nuisance of ourselves.

Case isn't dismissed - Magistrate Judge did a F&R that most defendants be dismissed (but not all). Not official until the District Judge approves it or not (I don't see that that has happened yet). Also thank you Poppy.

Judge came back and dismissed almost everything. The only reason Gov. Kate is still in there is that the defendants didn't request that that be dismissed. I suspect they will fix that. Claims against the troopers that shot Fini were dismissed. Last gasps of a hopeless case.

I like how on my browser

is displayed as the 3 Dismissed in the middle of the order is displayed as

DISMISSED
DISMISSED
DISMISSED

The Judge actually dismissed more than the Magistrate Judge had recommended and made it clear that the only reason there are remaining claims is the Defendants' hadn't filed motions to dismiss for those claims. This will soon be fixed I predict. Of course Dorthea is claiming a huge win (please send her $).

Their poop is a cube… And they can poop as many as 100 times a night. The square shape is actually important, because they use their droppings to mark their territory, and the cube shape keeps it from rolling away.

I'm in the minority here.

There was no probable cause for the stop, nor were warrants issued (regardless of FBI-HRT cover up) for anyone. Adding the cover up, letting LE and DOJ off the hook for this is allowing them to continue abusing power usually inflicted upon people of color.

I met the Finicums 1/13/16 in Cedar City, at Bryan Hyde's studio, Ryan traveled along. My purpose was to document their travels and FBI lack of both a perimeter and warrants. 13 days later, still neither.

LE screwed up like at Bunkerville, letting things fester, then Keystone copped the affair - with professional negligence.
Conservation is what conservation does and it sure ain't preservation.
