These may be the whiniest insurrectionists ever.

An alleged Capitol rioter says his ankle monitor beeps too loudly. He wants a judge to let him...
Gabriel Garcia, who's accused of inciting a mob of rioters to charge Capitol police on Jan. 6, wants a judge to let him remove his GPS ankle monitor.

Might have been fun to tell the defendant that AP couldn't cut a check over $500 without a W9 on file with taxpayer ID.

In court at 2pm: Uliyahu Hayah of Maryland... who's accused of being part of crowd near Ashli Babbitt on Jan 6

He had a road rage arrest in his past... from 2018. (found with guns and survival gear in 2018 arrest, per police)

He's in jail pending today's hearing

ANOTHER CASE:

Court unseals Jan 6 case against Gary Wilson of Utah, accused of unlawfully entering Senate chamber, confronting police... telling police, “We came all the way from our jobs to do your job and the freaking Senators’ job.”

Feds say that's him in INFOWARS t-shirt

If you are not yet a member of the Boogle's esteemed DoomSeers club, have a listen to this Hell and High water podcast featuring Frank Figliuzzi. It's particularly relevent to this thread, but this fits other of our threads as well. Well worth a listen, I believe.

A growing wave of new Jan 6 cases are being announced or unsealed today

Feds now allege two more Pennsylvania men were part of US Capitol breach... one of whom allegedly wrote the other on *NOVEMBER 4*: "“I'm getting ready to storm D.C.”
Good.

I can see how, looking at that picture, they might think it was actually ANTIFA or BLM.

A 40-year friend of a Capitol Police officer reported the officer for disclosing the secure location he evacuated lawmakers to on Jan. 6.

The friend believed the officer was aligned with the rioters, per USCP discipline reports obtained by McClatchy.

I hope that officer is disciplined appropriately. And by appropriately, I mean not a slap on the wrist.
