The person talks about her ability to play 2 against 3 (that part is not all that difficult) and her ability to stay focused but I don't find that the remarkable part. Part of musicians' practice is to build up muscle memory and that sticks for a very long time. Now dexterity is a whole other issue. That is what she still has and is very impressive.

When my father retired from teaching tuba at a university (now something like 15 years ago), the joke was that music professors do not retire from music, they retire from professional responsibility reports (in music performance academia, it is "perform or perish" instead of "publish or perish"). They continue to perform but not have to fill out paperwork, except for taxes. My father just turned 81 and is still playing in the symphony and on other gigs (much of the last year was virtual, of course).
