But if "Fogbow" is in all caps, or not in all caps, (I forgetz) they're just inditing the corporation and not the people, so we're good, right? I personally plan to tell the judge, from the back row, I'm there to speak on Slim's behalf. That should work.

Maybe we should file a motion to dismiss for failure to state an offense.

I'm starting an exploratory committee to see if there's interest in starting a 'Photoguy's Angels' group just in case I find myself locked up in a tiny cell in a black hole secret illegal political prison without the ability to communicate with the outside world for extended periods of time

Inasmuch as I have relatively little knowledge of the illegal prison system I thought it would be good to learn how to have others put money on my commissary, start petition drives on my behalf and organize shofar blowing marches around the prison walls. Just trying to get ahead of the situation and make sure I have my Facebook pages, Paypal, goFundMe and any other necessary systems in place and ready to go. I may even decide to become religious today in the hope that Rudy takes up my cause and makes videos. That seems like it would really be productive.

I can give you Terry Tressell's address. He can mentor you on all inmate related issues.

That sounds helpful, thanks. Nothing beats 'local knowledge' and as one who has managed to stay on the right side of the law (until now at least) I can use any and all assistance. Wondering if I should take Ryan Bundy's advice and declare myself an idiot. That might work.

And fwiw, I'm just now picturing the prison send from Goodfellas...where the lobster gets delivered to the cell during dinner. Maybe this isn't as bad as I originally thought.

Since The Fogbow has been indicted is it possible that it is also on double secret probation?
