This is rough hearing from the officers, but I must say how different this hearing is without the Gym Jordan, et al :shit: show.

I've seen all the videos publically available, I watched it live. So I didnt think it could be any more emotional. Kinzinger choked up, Schiff choked up. I have tears running down my cheeks.

Um.. Capitol Police Budget had been going up steadily for years. The last time it dropped was during the tea party Congress in 2010-2013.

Everyone of those insurrectionists and their enablers should be crucified along the side of every road in to and out of DC, left there to rot off, and their bones left to bleach in the sun until they turn to dust...

That’s because you are a decent human being. This testimony is so hard to listen to and those ignoring it or attacking it are just rotten to the core.

Looking at the comments cesspool at a local news station, the MAGA crowd is saying that Adam Schiff coached these guys on what to say, they are mocking the Capitol Police officer who is a naturalized citizen from the Dominican Republic, they are calling the police traitors and "pansies. " Quelle surprise!

Crime’s skyrocketing.
The border’s in crisis.
The price of everything is up.

What’s Speaker Pelosi doing about it?

Nothing. She’s too busy pushing her partisan January 6th charade.
I am so glad Pelosi blocked him from this commission. Although, I would have enjoyed watching Officer Fanone sparring with Gym Jordan.

These Traitors are going to be as outrageous as they can to distract from the work of this committee. Giving them oxygen.

Biden kept private email accounts while VP? :o Shocking! One would think a VP gives up all his private life. The question of course would be - did Biden use them for official business? Ye know - like many of the T government officials did?

PS. how many email accounts did former sleepy mama boy Mike Pence have :?:

Gym Jordan has a place reserved for him in hell, and he earned it a long time ago, but his behavior now just reinforces it.

Harry Dunn brings it.

I know we're not supposed to paint all Trump supporters with the same broad brush, but goddamn. They might not have DONE this, but they SUPPORT it, which is just as bad. Horrible people, sub-human really.

Now that is some funny shit, Kendra. We here in Ohio are totally embarrassed by his antics and fed up. We have hope that our new redistricting law takes him out, his current district is not legal anymore.

Damn, agree, Tink. We hates him. He has an excellent opponent in Jeff Sites but that gerrymandered district is a pain.

On
@Morning_Joe
House Select Jan 6 Committee chair Rep Bennie Thompson (D-MS) says members of panel will meet again before the August recess (not announcing a public hearing ... but a meeting)... and will go “wherever the facts lead us.” He adds, “We have no shrinking violets”

The gerrymandering will become marginally less drastic after Ohio voters passed two fair districts measures. But Jordan is popular in rural red Ohio so I'm not optimistic. Last September on a drive from Columbus up to Lake Erie we saw many, many Jordan signs. Disheartening.

I haven't found the video yet, but Officer Fanone was on CNN's New Day this morning. Apparently he received a very nasty, foul mouthed, threatening voice mail while he was testifying yesterday.
