I have an unusual maiden name. One of L.Wood’s (former) attorneys has the same last name. Most other times I’ve run across that name it turns out to be a relative.

We really are living in extraordinary times, aren’t we?

It is extremely difficult to know who to trust. There are many, many “wolves” in sheep’s clothing.

I now pray daily for Jesus to grant me the necessary discernment to know who to trust and who not to trust.

Trying to do it on my own in the past resulted in mistakes as I am imperfect. I have to regularly remind myself that doing my will lead me down the wrong path. God’s will shall be done on Earth as it is in Heaven. He knows the correct path. He planned it.

Sometimes you know you are dealing with the enemy but you use them fully aware that they are using you. This balancing act requires a great deal of knowledge, wisdom, insight, and discernment. The good news is that Jesus will give you what you need for each task.

Essentially for the same reasons that the DC Circuit will dismiss all of GIL's cases against the folks at the DC Office of Disciplinary Counsel and the Board on Professional Responsibility. Of course he will argue the subject-matter jurisdiction does not apply because the DC Court of Appeals cannot rule on his case because he is suing them in Federal Court.

This seems really complicated. Read both filings... there is no doubt that on Telegram, Lucian is a monster and incites his followers to say and do vile things. Plaintiff's filing has but a few examples (hanging from tall trees in GA, give her the home address and she'll make a personal visit, etc), it's all a sewer. Sitting here in the very safe and secure conference room waiting for Jonathan D. Grunberg to obey the Notice to appear for his deposition. As a lawyer, Jonathan knows that the Notice is the equivalent of a subpoena.

An ethical and honest lawyer would obey the law and appear to give testimony under oath upon cross-examination as required by law.

So far this week, Nicole J. Wade and G. Taylor Wilson have disobeyed the Notices and failed to appear as required by law.

The State Bar of Georgia needs to investigate these lawyers. They are not fit or qualified to practice law in Georgia (or Tennessee).

Nicole J. Wade, Jonathan D. Grunberg, and G. Taylor Wilson filed a motion 2 days ago in an effort to prevent their depositions (noticed over a month ago) from going forward.

The Court did NOT entertain their “emergency” order. Thus, Nicole had a duty to show up today as a Notice to an opposite party is the equivalent of a subpoena.

In their motion, they claimed the site of the deposition was not safe and they were scared of suffering physical injury.

Nicole worked in the building for over 20 years. One Atlantic Center (formerly the IBM Tower) is very safe and secure.
