Re: George Zimmerman - AKA The Further Adventures of 'Invincible Man'

Still haven’t heard an explanation for why they think J was an impostor or why Zimmermans million dollar defense team didn’t notice she was a fake or why someone sympathetic to Zimmerman be trying to impeach a witness that helped the defense. I believe the explanation has something to do with Zimme...

He also has an outstanding bail jumping charge in Dodge or Ozaukee. I can't remember each.

His Ozaukee charges are heavier as had he also has the concealed weapons charge. However, if he does not bolt and finishes his Marinette issue before the judge retires, that sentence may be worse.

Loomer has been suing Rashida Tlaib in the District of Minnesota. First, she tried for an entry of default but the defendant pointed out that she followed the FRCP and local rules and the motion was without merit. The default was denied. Yeah Dolly. The citation for Shuttlesworth is the wrong case. It was part of a group of sit-down strike cases such as Peterson v Greenville and Gober v Birmingham. The 1969 Shuttlesworth case is probably the one they meant to cite. Their paraphrase is close to the opinion but with a BIG omission. Th...
