Re: Coronavirus: Vaccines

Nothing will happen. Not for these stunts. Not for involvement in the Jan. 6th Insurrection, not for Trump and all the lawsuits. Nothing will happen. They will get away with campaign finance violations. Ethics violations. Bribery. Emoluments. Trump and family will not be marched off in handcuffs. Ab...

Re: What are you watching?
Most recent good watch was The Dig on Netflix. Someone recommended I Care a Lot, and that's next on my list. I also want to watch Nomadland, but I have to sign up for Hulu first. I Care a Lot is one of the funniest movies I've watched in ages. It's similar to a Coen brothers movie. I can't recommen...

Re: have you received your vaccine yet?
I will be 64 this year with no pertinent pre-existing conditions so I don’t qualify on anyone’s list, but Mr.D has had both his shots. I feel this roll out should have been, when it comes to married couples, both as one at the same time .. One spouse can go about their daily affairs ... the other h...

Birders are wonderful people, religious, secular or outright atheist like myself. Edit to add, In Central America, Mister and I would read.our Birding book with morning coffee on the porch. You got a picture, ranges, and then a phonetic bird call. He would try to make the calls based upon that - and...

I love my Pluto TV. The sub-section "Home & DIY" has Americans Test Kitchen, This Old House, Ask This Old House, Anthony Bourdain, and various British cooking shows. I skip around on the news sub-section and catch Doc Martin under Entertainment. I don't have a TV and have adjusted just...

My neck of the woods is down to 65 and older. Tick Tock. The county has vaccinated 14%. That doesn't seem that much to crow about. Dad, Aunt and Mom are all double vaxed now.
