Re: Laura Loomer

I love how he always recites how he helped break up AT&T back in the day. First, he was a lowly flunky IIRC, basically doing research. IIRC, he never appeared in court and I doubt he had any substantive input as to written filings, especially based on the skill level he has demonstrated since leavin...

To paraphrase Saint Ronnie, "there you go again" using facts, logic and reasoning. Those are not available to the RWNJ/s, the rethuglicans and their fellow travelers in the universe in which they reside, nor are they understood by them. You would do much better explaining these matters to earth worm...

GIL Klayman can, and will, go deeper. Just imagine if one of the BLM protesters were to sue the great orange shitgibbon for his comments that police shouldn't be so gentle and claim a chain of causation to injuries suffered. GIL will rush right in and proudly proclaim that such a theory and claim is...

I had to reply to her: Yeah Orly, the Tulsa, Oklahoma Fire Department, in the heart of deep red republican Tulsa, Oklahoma, is of course lying when they say only 6,200. But what do they know -- after all you are a lawyer (incredibly bad one), dentist (also, from what I hear an incredibly one), real ...

Re: Retail Bankruptcies

The thing is as they say to buy into a company using someone's, lots of someones, money with the debt being tied to the company, then gut the company, putting it in to bankruptcy and letting it all fall apart. Rinse, wash, repeat. The debt is tired to a gutted company and there is nothing to recove...

Does he have an obligation to inform the 9th Circuit panel before which he just argued? After all, shouldn't material changes in the law or the underlying facts of a matter on appeal be presented to the appellate court.

Does anyone know offhand the Statute of Limitations for the Logan Act? IIRC, no one, or almost no one, has ever been prosecuted thereunder, but if the impotus only pardons for the charges pled guilty to, might the Logan Act still be available next 1/20?

The Kushners are never going back to their lives in NYC again. The twitlers and Kushners were always on the fringes of high society there, never fully accepted as anything more than nouveau riche. If they return to NYC, they are likely to be pariahs. Andy, you must be from PA, not NYC. So long as t...
