Re: Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, Again! Mama June Shannon - Now With Crack! It's Complicated.

I tried to watch an episode a couple years ago to see what the fuss was about. What struck me most before I changed the channel forever, was that these...people?...are so mush-mouthed that the show had subtitles. I didn't last 5 minutes. That was what I found so crazy. I was channel surfing o...

Ah... ha... so is the Air Force also going to put up signs warning about memes and dogwhistles used by the white nationalists or christian nationalist communities?
Somehow I kind of doubt it. :x

Re: President Trump

https://www.nbcnews.com/meet-the-press Todd's interview. Haven't watched the whole thing yet, but it seems it's all Obama's fault. He can obliterate everything that Obama did, but somehow he's completely helpless to do anything about this one little thing. Poor, helpless pustule. Of course, the bas...

Re: All the President's Lies

Last night I watched CNN on and off for a couple of hours. Much of the talk had to do with how incredulous his story about planes in the air and THEN he asks how many casualties are estimated, the Generals said "I don't know, let me get back to you", and then they "finally" come back with and answer...

Re: All Dogz Worthy

That doggie taking his first freedom hike is too cute. Reminds me of Maggie, my beloved best friend for life, who passed the Rainbow Bridge many years ago. She used to run around the back yard and every few feet or so she would leap like a deer. Everyone always got such a kick out of it, my mother s...

Re: Bundy related gossip and discussion

Who the hell would think of filing a trademark thing 3 weeks after their spouse died? Must have been earlier than that because that was when it was filed. I remember there was a bit of discussion about the widow trying to copyright something, maybe the toilet symbol, within a very short time of LaV...

Re: President Trump

I firmly believe that the only reason that Trump called off the attack on Iran was that someone convinced him that it could be used against him in his re-election campaign. I also firmly believe that the Pentagon informed him early in the process about the potential casualties and he pooh-poohed th...

Re: Roy Moore - FORMER AL Supreme Court Chief Justice

Other than a few issues, Moore is the perfect GOP candidate. Those issues are not a problem if they are not public, which they are in Moore's case.. I really hate this. He's strong on Concentration Camps, but his record on (lack of) Obstruction of Justice might hurt him. Non un-recusers are losers....

Re: When Trump loses 2020 and refuses to accept the results…

It would be a different thread, but I wonder how we should amend the Constitution to prevent anyone like him from being elected in the future. It's crystal clear that the Constitution failed in 2016, and it needs to be fixed. After all the years in which I thought the Constitution was a truly great...

Re: IOT - The Internet Of Things

In the early days of beginning a second career I was hired to do contract work for the Health Department. Even as a contractor I was required to go through HIPAA and Compliance training. It would horrify me to find out anyone would be able to do work that touches in any way on the health industry, i...

Re: When Trump loses 2020 and refuses to accept the results…

Republicans would not do or say anything. It would be left for everyone else to handle if Trump were to actually take some action that is outside of bounds. They absolutely won't do or say anything about his out of bounds ranting, that has become the norm for this asshole.

Re: When Trump loses 2020 and refuses to accept the results…

I expect him to bloviate on Twitter in the hopes of rousing his "followers," but that would be the extent of it These are my thoughts on the matter as well. Sorry, Jeffrey, it is NOT trashy to say that Trump wants to be president for life. He has SAID as much, on several occasions. He is trying to ...

I basically agree with what Stern says. I am looking forward to the day I punch the button for Pete for President! If he ends up on the ballot for President in 2020 then that will be when I do it. I'd like to see him serve as Governor first. Or, if he could replace one of those awful Senators Indian...

Re: Trump - POTUS Tweets and Social Media

Nice. An illegal settlement is now named after a US president because of the fact that said president doesn't understand international law regarding such settlements. And, if he did, doesn't have the ethics or strength of character to be able to tell a friend nation when they are doing something wro...

Re: Trump - POTUS Tweets and Social Media

We were told Obama was going to pull that. The same people that were convinced that Obama was going to do such a thing all voted for the man who really wants to do it and is actively trying to get a groundswell of demand started. Not only did Obama never joke about such a thing, but also constantly...

Re: Trump - POTUS Tweets and Social Media

Trump not having the authority to cancel an election doesn't mean he won't talk about it and attempt to promote and argue about the idea of it. No doubt hoping his followers will latch on to this idea and support it. His "joking" about becoming president for life is not joke. He IS trying to plant t...

Re: Trump - POTUS Tweets and Social Media

"The people demand that I stay in office past the time permitted by law. The law must yield to the demands of the people, which I and only I am capable of discerning." This is literally the justification of every despot in history. The war with Iran and the growing threat of voter fraud and fake ne...

So, one person on Gavin's page actually picked up on the fact that people were not being pulled over, but being waved through. Compared to every one of us that instantly saw no evidence that anyone was being pulled over, and most of us caught (if we were listening) that Gavin was being told to basic...
