Hmm.. I have always considered fish, crustaceans, and molluscs (clams, oysters, squid, and the 8-tentacle creature I will not mention to avoid grammar gods on plurals) as seafood, even if they happen to come from a big or small lake. I suppose algae would be covered here as well.

I would much rather keep my humanity than my looks. While being kind and caring takes effort, it is usually easier than keeping the spare tire away.

That's like the benefits of being a musician. On the girls, I've seen them flock. We organists get all the fame, money, and girls. That is why they stick us up in the loft or in some corner at the front so this won't happen at church. https://youtu.be/dOcYTOBA0CI?si=10YFmsNlttc4oVrZ It's true. real...

I brought up a non-stimulant ADD medication a few months back as the shortage was getting bad. It was one I had taken many years back and was not my ideal but would have been less impacted. My doctor suggested I check Mariano's or Costco. I have been using Mariano's since as they have had what I nee...

In my scouting days, it was a simple rule: 1. Flag raising lowering 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. National Anthem 4. Taps at a funeral (or at a flag retirement ceremony) 5. Other appropriate times (which usually don't include hymns). In uniform (including "class b" when at morning flags), sal...

Who's the moron with his hand on his chest? I sing a lot of hymn in church, including Amazing Grace, and we never do that. We're Methodists, so we never even put our hands above our shoulders. I remember little about Sugar, my grandfather's horse. I do, however, remember the tractor well. It had a very even temperament with a calm personality. I rode both, but Sugar was gone before I could remember much about him/her. When I was last out by our family's former land a couple of years ago, ...

As we are up on the green area of the convective outlook, I was not really paying attention until my phone goes off about a tornado warning (I was still looking at blue skies) and a severe thunderstorm warning.
